- không có nhân viên trông xe . Hầm để xe khách tự xử nên xe máy ô tô để la liệt. Hầm siêu bé để oto cực kỳ khó, xe máy để lung tu g nên xe mình bị quẹt phải
- minh thuê căn to nhất 55m2 mà có 1 nvs bé tý con tắc nước suốt nữa. Bố trí nhà vs rất tệ tự dưng lam cái bồn tắm lộ thiên chi ko biết trong khi chô đo hoàn toàn co thể bố tria một nhà vs nua . Vì căn 55m2 thi phải ở 5-7 ng thig một nhà vs hoàn toàn ko đủ
- do tk chi phí nên nhân viên rất ít và kém. Thấy khách kéo vali ma ngồi trơ mặt ra ko chủ động ra hỗ trợ .

Excellent and luxurious hotel, but watch out for weekday breakfast differences
Pros:

An excellent and very pampering hotel! The staff was amazing, extremely service-oriented and thoughtful. The rooms were large and clean, and the overall experience was great.

Cons:

We were surprised to discover that the rich breakfast buffet is only available on weekends. During the week, the selection is cut in half, there wasn't even milk for coffee put out, and I only received some after asking multiple times.
