Cons:

Những phòng cái giường có 1m4 quá bé, phòng thì bẩn, k dọn dẹp, vẫn còn bỉm trẻ em từ khách trước. Nhân viên phục vụ k nhiệt tình, nói chung. Tệ :( lần thứ tư vào đà nẵng mà ks này k cảm tình tí nào. Khuyên mn cân nhắc

Was cheap needs lots of work but we only paid 8 million per month so you get what you pay for I guess!

Cons:

Old rundown fridge didn’t work, very dirty
Raw sewage running from a open pipe in the bathroom down a drain it stinks 😷
Mould in bathroom etc
When we arrived they asked us to cancel! As I think they knew they could get more for the room as it was peck season we booked 6 months ahead so we got it very cheap,
We stood our ground and refused to leave we stayed 2 months the staff were ok after that,

Cons:

booked room for 3 adults. then they gave us a room with one small bed barely fit 2. we then canceled the booking and demanded for refund. they gave us back money, but then they said they had a spare room for 3 adults, but we have to pay more money. ??? such a scam. they let us book room for 3, then gave us a room for 2. we might have nowhere else to go at that moment, so they immediately offered another 3 ppl room just to get more money.

Additionally, everything was dirty; the moment i opened the room’s door, all molding smell went straight into my nose. pls never stay here

Cockroaches , 3 weeks and no housekeeping, key code stopped working one day before check out but they can’t fix it and asked me to just leave the door unlocked.
