I highly recommend anyone to stay at Sterling Inn and Spa. You will not be disappointed.
Pros:

It was spectacular. The suite we stayed in was awesome. It’s the best place I have stayed thus far. It was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Great mid price hotel in NiagracFalls
Pros:

Location was great, near restaurants and walkable to the falls. Appreciated complimentary breakfast delivered to room.
Bed very comfortable and great room size.

Adequate but no plan to return.
Pros:

Room was nice. not quite as fancy as the price.

Cons:

Breakfast could be served earlier. We are up and gone early and only utilized the breakfast service one day out of our trip. Being charged to park at the hotel you are already paying to stay at is ridiculous. The entire city charges for parking. Public thievery.

Serling Inn and Spa the best kept secret in Niagara Falls
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The steam shower and the jacuzzi was magnificent 👌

Cons:

The television did not work right. We had to have a technician fix it. The next day it was not working right again. Heck we didn't come there to watch television anyway.

Warm welcome helped me feel like I was in a home away from home.
Pros:

This property had a great history. My room was beautiful and very spacious. The staff were amazingly helpful all the way to giving me directions to see the fireworks, how breakfast would work in the morning, and sending someone to help me figure out how the shower worked. The breakfast was wonderful; I truly enjoyed every single crumb!!!

Cons:

The only negative that I had is that I wish the bed would’ve been a little bit softer.

Miły hotel.
Pros:

Bardzo przestronny pokój, sympatyczna obsługa, czystość. Doskonałe jedzenie w restauracji.

Cons:

Plastikowe naczynia jednorazowe w pokoju zamiast szklanych. Śniadanie serwowane jest wyłącznie do pokoju, gdzie jest tylko jedno krzesło. Nie ma możliwości zjedzenia wspólnie przy jednym stole.

Großzügigs, großes Appartement/Zimmer. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht.Das Spa-Angebot haben wir nicht genutzt, deshalb können wir dazu keine Aussage machen.
