Pros:

Petit déjeuner standard apporté en chambre (bonne viennoiserie).
Hôtel calme.
Café grain, thé et boissons fraiches à disposition dans le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel à toute heure.
Ascenseur même si peu d'étages

Cons:

Salle de bain non fermée par rapport à la chambre et qui donne dans l'entrée.
Pas mal situé mais beaucoup de parkings autour (pas spécialement au niveau de l'hôtel).

If you are scrolling through reviews looking to book a hotel in Niagara, not hesitate! First class accommodation.
Pros:

Staying in somewhere with such history. Unique place. Room was amazing. Breakfast in bed a real treat. Staff were wonderful. They gave us an upgrade to a room with a hot tub and an early check in, which was so appreciated after a long haul flight the night before and then the drive from Toronto. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Just wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you! We loved Niagara and will definitely return.

Overall, very good experience great location, great staff very clean safe area
Pros:

The property was very well kept, it was pretty. It felt like an upscale hotel. The location was great easy walk to Clifton Hill restaurants in the Falls safe location. The staff was fantastic.

Cons:

The beds weren’t terrible, but they weren’t great Either and the gym leaves a little to be desired. Much better gym’s at Holiday Inn express

A short stay, but a mighty one!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, with superb facilities throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to make our stay special.

The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. Our room was absolutely gorgeous — very spacious, beautifully designed and with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The in-room bathtub was a real highlight and added an extra touch of luxury. Everything felt stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully presented. We would happily stay again and would highly recommend it to others.

We couldn’t possibly comment as we loved it from start to finish.
