Friendly staff, spacious room, everything was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast brought to the room was also very nice. Overall one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.
Loved the breakfast in bed, the huge room, steam shower. Our requests were taken care of immediately.
Beds a little hard but still slept good. Nothing really.
This place is a literal hidden gem. It’s right in downtown off of cliffton hill and walking distance from everything. The rooms are very home like and comfortable and the showers are amazing. Your paying cheaper here then at any of the generic hotels which give you nothing.

It was close to NiagaraFalls. The room was large and had a jacuzzi.
Breakfast very basic , not freshly made , served to your room. Evening meal was expensive and very small in size- disappointing, as the course itself was tasty and of good quality. I believe the hotel is trying to safe money

Nothing
Everything was great . Location, staff, beds, pillows,breakfast in bed included, very clean and massive room, and to top it off a beauty of a steam shower. Absolutely no complaints!!
Steam shower was superb. The room was nice in size, comforts, and location. night's.
Cappuccino machine in the lobby was nice, available 24 hours.
Ac ran the entire time, even after the room was cooled, and we turned the thermostat up. The lights for the raised floor randomly came on during the night. Both these kept waking me up, making for a restless night.
The room had no microwave. So we had no way to heat up the coffee from breakfast in bed. It needed to be heated because we had to make it in the roaster. If you don't wait at least 8 to 10 minutes, the coffee is so weak it tastes like water. So we either drank weak, warm coffee or luke warm medium coffee.
We also ordered the extra pastries for breakfast. Menu said blueberry muffins - we got chocolate chip, and for the yogurt something filled pastry - we got raspberry. Not what we ordered or wanted.
Room also needs a table. We don't eat in bed, so all we had to use was an end table to set our tray on for breakfast.
We will probably not stay here again.
A mixed bag of a place. Very very friendly & welcoming team running the place. Unexpected high class and excellent restaurant. Easy access to get to the falls (& plenty of parking spaces although we did not have a car). Huge in-room jacuzzi. Breakfast delivered to room…
Location was horrid but that reflects the city of Niagara, it’s just not pretty (the falls, by contrast, are magnificent); weird ‘all in one’ open plan room with no separation of the bathing and washing area; no sleeping in - breakfast deliverer rapped on the door at 8 am until you got up to get it; breakfast insubstantial (what was delivered was very good).
