Tivemos uma excelente experiência neste hotel. A comida era muito boa, com pratos saborosos e bem preparados. O ambiente é muito tranquilo e sossegado, ideal para quem procura descansar e relaxar. Todo o staff foi extremamente simpático, atencioso e sempre disponível para ajudar, o que tornou a estadia ainda mais agradável. Sem dúvida, é um ótimo local para desligar da rotina e recuperar energias.

With reference to your response , it’ is unfortunate that you did not take my review to be honest .Whilst grateful for the very clean room , we stayed in the the room we paid for and I was not aware of an upgrade . .One of you staff did indeed hurry us at breakfast .I reported this to reception , who said she did not care and did I know this is what she earns and that she drove 60 km to get to work ! Please contact me directly !
.I arrived at breakfast at 0940 and was told to hurry up by your staff member .Felt so uncomfortable that I took breakfast to room .
This hotel says it has a spa - it is not a fully functioning spa-dirty showers -non functional steam room and jacuzzi is outside of soa by pool but was not working .The sauna was working .Broken toilet in spa and insects !
Lots of rules on when you can swim and use SPA .10 am is very late to open pool especially for those who like an early morning swim .
2 pools is a child splash pool and a lovely adults pool .
.I complained about being hurried at breakfast to the reception and got told she does not care .She earns so little and travels so far !Not the response I was hoping for .I was shocked by the staff response !
Good points -exceptionally clean room -thank you , I know you went to s great effort to clean it and make it allergy free.

Pros:

Todo. El lugar es especial si buscas algo un pelín alejado del ajetreo pero a la vez cerca de Tavira. Las instalaciones están cuidadas al detalle, la piscina preciosa y muy fácil para niños pequeños. Las habitaciones son súper espaciosas y está todo muy nuevo y moderno.
El desayuno está genial.

Da simpatia do staff aliado ao Hotel em si que tem condições bastante boas para uma estadia agradável em família.

Cons:

Não houve nada desagradável obviamente, a estadia foi curta e não permitiu usufruir de algumas comodidades (ginásio e a própria piscina de forma contínua), ter tido também apenas uma refeição não permitiu valorizar o que pode ser um ponto forte do Hotel, curioso para perceber em futuras estadias se tudo é tão bom como aparenta ser.

Las instalaciones muy buenas. El desayuno espectacular, con productos de calidad y caseros. La habitación era amplia y cómoda. La piscina y zonas comunes muy buenas.

Cons:

Como sugerencia añadiría al restaurante algunas opciones de sándwiches, hamburguesas o comidas más ligeras a la hora de la cena, ya que solo ofrecen carta de restaurante.

A tranquilidade perto do mar
Pros:

Um local muito agradável, tudo impecavelmente limpo e bem cuidado. Todos os funcionários eram super simpáticos e muito prestáveis. A comida do restaurante era ótima e pareceu-nos que alguns dos produtos vinham da própria quinta que existe na propriedade.

Tolle ruhige Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick bis zum Meer. Fantastischer Pool, leckeres Frühstück und ein schönes Gelände zum spazieren gehen.

Cons:

Kleinere Mängel an der Zimmerausstattung wie kaputter Badzimmerschlüssel, lockere Toilettenpapierhalterung und kaputter Wäscherständer.

Expérience moyenne, déçu par l'accueil et le restaurant
Pros:

L'intérieur des chambres et le côté écologie

Cons:

-Personne à l'accueil très peu accueillant, pas de réponse à nos demandes de conseils de visite, très stricte sur le check out (nous appeler dans la chambre alors qu'il n'était pas encore l'heure de départ)

-personnel du restaurant très peu agréable pour prendre un verre ou cocktail le soir.
Pas de carte pour grignoter un apéro.

= Ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de ce standard et surtout vu le prix.

Tolle, erhöhte Lage im Hinterland. Sehr ruhig und landschaftlich schön gelegen. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Exzellentes Frühstück. Pool und Umgebung ausreichend dimensioniert und mit ausreichend Liegestühlen und Beschattung.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht viel auszusetzen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (Anfang Juli 2026) war der Pool für unseren Geschmack etwas zu warm.
