Hard bed. Compact room. Be aware not all rooms have a sea view ... the photos on booking didn't make this clear. Parking difficult as at harbour and very busy.

Cost of parking, uncomfortable bed. Also the fan provided was not very good during a heatwave.

Very poor sleep due to the curtains. Woke up at 6am when we had a busy day ahead of us due the light coming in through the curtains. Very short curtains and the best is directly under the windows so light comes straight into your eyes. Ideally needs a black out blind.

Bed was really low down and a bit uncomfortable

The bed was really uncomfortable, it was so hard. I hardly slept and then when I got up in the morning I spent the day aching as a result. The toilet was dirty on arrival and the bedding was really heavily marked (looked really unclean.
Marks on the skirting board below the window, and lots of markings on the wall.
I’m gutted because it was my birthday and the location is great and the building itself is lovely but for over £100 I’m really not happy about the state of the room.

Doors need to be dampened, the heavy fire doors especially the toilet/shower room door slams shut very loudly.
Disturbing sleep and just obtrusive throughout the stay.

Everything was great and room as advertised. My only suggestion for improvement would be a mini fridge in the room to store dog food and drinks etc. I would be happy to have paid extra for this.

Our room was quite cramped and ould have been more homely. A small fridge would have been fabulous. There were no staff around to talk to. We were not informed about the expensive car parking.

Roedd matras y gwely yn galed dros ben a doeddwn i ddim yn gallu ffitio yn y gwely oherwydd y bar metel ar y gwaelod! Achosodd hyn gefn tost ofnadwy i mi. Wnes i e-bostio'r staff i leisio fy mhryderon ar y diwrnod cyntaf - dim ymateb!

Methu eillio ar bwys drych yr ystafell ymolchi oherwydd roedd e'n nes at y llawr! Sinc yn rhy fach, methu llenwi'r tegell!

Am ryw reswm, ces i'm rhoi mewn ystafell anabl. Roedd cortyn argyfwng wrth ochr y toiled ond does dim staff yno i helpu mewn argyfwng ta beth!!

Bed could have been more comfortable.

Bed and pillows were hard and it could have done with a shelf above the coat hooks,for bag storage and a small fridge. for couples a spare key would have been handy as well as we could not go out separately due to lack of access.

There were two mattresses on top of each other on a single bed (I was sliding off during the night) and the room was directly overhead of the recycling bins it was so loud very early before 7.00am and there also was some noise sounded like a generator that would also start very early in the morning.
