Pros:

Staff was very helpful at the reception and very quick

Cons:

The gilet is old, smells very badly the spa is not clean, broken stone armchairs in the spa, steam room smells horrible and all broken

L'emplacement dans le vieux bazar est parfait pour se balader et aller au restaurant. La. Chambre est spacieuse. La climatisation fonctionne bien. La piscine est propre et à bonne température.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est moyen, enfin cela dépend de l'heure. A 7 heures, ce n' est pas encore prêt. Vers 8 heures,c'est mieux. Le spa, en particulier le jacuzzi est soit très chaud soit très froid, le personnel ne réagit pas.

Todo el personal ha sido extremadamente amable y cordial. Cama que al principio parece dura pero luego es muy cómoda. Ubicación cercana a los principales puntos pero si tienes dificultad para caminar puede ser incómodo pues esta en lo alto de la colina. Zona de spa con tamaño suficiente aunque la piscina huele demasiado a cloro. Ambiente tranquilo en el hotel y buen aire acondicionado. A pesar de tener la mezquita en frente no nos despertamos con las oraciones ni llaman tan fuerte como se dice en otras opiniones.

Cons:

El desayuno al estar en zona turca pues es turco. Todo halal y hay variedad de ensaladas y otras cosas que para nuestra costumbres no son las habituales. Encuentras igualmente tostadas,huevos etc. Tampoco tenemos queja.

uitstekende hotel alleen jammer van het lawaai uit de Moskee.
Pros:

zeer mooi hotel met alle nodige faciliteiten met een uitstekende ontbijtbuffet en supervriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

onze kamer lag aan de zijde van de de nabijgelegen Moskee waaardoor we af en toe wel hinder hadden van het lawaai, zeker 's morgens vroeg, uitslapen zat er dus niet in. gelukkig maar 2nachten geboekt.

Très bon emplacement
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bon. Nous avons été surclassés dans une belle chambre avec baignoire et douche. Beaux espaces dans la chambre.

Cons:

Sur 7 jours, 4 soirées avec mariage, de 19h00 à tard la nuit, musique / fête / repas juste sous les fenêtres de la chambre, c’est tout de même gênant, sur une période de vacances d’été, pour les touristes qui souhaitent aussi se reposer à l’hôtel en fin de journée et être au calme. De plus, attention à vos affaires dans les chambres, pour ma part, j’ai des sachets de café vanille achetés en supermarché, qui ont disparu durant mon séjour…

Nije loše, ali za hotel sa 5 zvezdica dosta propusta.
Pros:

Imate obezbedjen parking. Ne treba vam auto ukoliko želite da boravite samo u centru starog i novog grada.

Cons:

Ko nije Islamske veroispovesti, dzamija je baš pored hotela i računajte na noćno budjenje oko 3h-4h. Prijem u smeštaj u 14h, čekali smo do 14:30h.
