Comfortable and very convenient
Pros:

Fantastic location next to old town and city centre.
Quiet, pretty good breakfast, large clean room, tv didn’t work, shower water either cold or scolding. Staff were very helpful.

Very good location but not great value for money.
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, 2 mins from the old Bazaar. Room was huge, we were upgraded to a suite with a great view. Bed was comfy. Spa was great (although a bit tired), had a very good facial.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit shabby and in need of an update, carpets in rooms and corridors were stained, decor is gloomy, signage for lifts/rooms/floors confusing. We had arrived before check-in and felt like we were just an annoyance, came back later and had a better experience. Access to the hotel is down a steep staircase outside - not great with heavy bags or if you have mobility problems. Breakfast was awful, turned up at 8am and most of the tables hadn't been cleared from people already having eaten. Food options were very limited, basic rolls or toast, no pastries or fresh bread, no fresh juice (Just day glow orange pre-processed stuff). Nothing labelled so if you weren't a local you had to guess what the food was. Hot food options were limited - 3 different types of pre-cooked eggs and an unidentified sausage - very unappetizing. There was a wide variety of local fare though - great if you like fish soup or 'yellow cheese' for breakfast. Overall it was poor value for the price paid and definitely not targeted at international travellers.

Pros:

Příjemný hotel, výborný svou polohou hned vedle historického centra. Pokoj velký a pohodlný. Snídaně dostačující. Využití bazénu je příjemné zpestření. Kategorie 5 hvězd úplně neodpovídá, na Makedonii zřejmě ano. Ale i tak jsme byli spokojeni. Parkování hned vedle hotelu.

Cons:

Probíhající stavba vedle hotelu, modlitba v brzkých ranních hodinách.

Pros:

Ottima struttura con spa e piscina, camere molto spaziose e dotate di ogni confort. Ottima anche la posizione, vicina a tutte le attrazioni principali, puoi girare tranquillamente nel bazar ed in due minuti sei al centro della piazza. Lo staff molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Esperienza molto positiva.

Good Hotel, perfect location.
Pros:

The spa was excellent. He location is perfect!
The room size is big.

Cons:

We had problems during our stay with the door's lock. Every time we wanted to go out. We needed to call for staff to lock our door.
The safe wasn't attached to the wall and didn't work.
Last night the AC just stopped working and the hotel didn't have a room with our size, so we got a smaller room and our 14 year old son slept with us whole night
On one bed. Very disapointed .
Once we checked out no one apologized and we did not receive any compensation about all the troubles that the hotel caused us .
