Ko bova v Skopju, se bova še vrnila. In tudi ga toplo priporočila prijateljem.

Hotel pour tourisme de masse
Pros:

Emplacement, petit déjeuner existant bien que bas de gamme, salon de massage vraiment tres bien.

Cons:

Personnel pour la plupart inefficace et sans motivation, ni aide , ni explication lors de besoin. Pas de ménage après 12h, hotel pour touristes en bus et de de masse, restaurant sant interet,vaut mieux faire 200 m a l'extérieur. Dommage parce que le lieu pourrait vraiment etre super.

Perfekt für einen Citytrip nach Skopje, für einen Wellnessurlaub aber nicht geeignet.
Pros:

Guter Service, gute Grundsauberkeit, ordentliches Frühstück, hervorragende Lage am Alten Basar

Cons:

Spa Bereich sehr übersichtlich und teilweise nicht in Betrieb.
Insgesamt alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber angemessen für den Preis.

Definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Hotel – besonders enttäuschend beim Spa und beim Umgang mit Gästen mit Behinderung

Unser Aufenthalt im Bushi Resort & Spa in Skopje war leider sehr enttäuschend. Für ein Hotel, das sich als 5-Sterne-Haus präsentiert und mit einem Spa-Bereich wirbt, haben wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Fangen wir beim Check-in an: Obwohl der Check-in ab 14 Uhr möglich sein sollte, war bei unserer Ankunft nur eines unserer beiden Zimmer fertig. Wir mussten weitere 30 Minuten warten, bis auch das zweite Zimmer bezugsbereit war.

Der für mich schwerwiegendste Punkt ist allerdings der Umgang mit unseren besonderen Bedürfnissen. Wir waren anlässlich des 60. Geburtstags meines Vaters in Skopje. Ich hatte das Hotel bereits vor unserer Ankunft ausdrücklich darüber informiert, dass mein Vater und seine Frau beide blind sind. Trotzdem bekamen wir Zimmer im vierten Stock, von denen aus wir einen sehr langen Weg durch das gesamte Hotel zurücklegen mussten, um den Spa-Bereich zu erreichen. Das Hotel war zudem bei Weitem nicht ausgebucht. Gerade bei zwei blinden, älteren Menschen hätten wir deutlich mehr Rücksichtnahme und eine bessere Organisation erwartet. Dass auf diese Information offenbar keinerlei Rücksicht genommen wurde, empfanden wir als ausgesprochen enttäuschend und respektlos. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte Barrierefreiheit nicht erst dann eine Rolle spielen, wenn Gäste sich vor Ort erneut beschweren müssen.

Und dann der Spa-Bereich, der eigentlich ein Highlight des Aufenthalts sein sollte: Wir waren vier Tage dort. In dieser Zeit fiel das Hamam aus, die sogenannte Salzsauna war kalt und in der anderen Sauna, die als finnische Sauna bezeichnet wurde, war das Licht kaputt, sodass man im Dunkeln saß. Von einem funktionierenden Wellnessbereich, mit dem das Hotel aktiv wirbt, kann unter diesen Umständen keine Rede sein.

Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.
