Does not deserve the name of a resort!!

location is good besides that nothing much

Cons:

mediocre room, looks like room has been finished in a rush and need a serious refurbishment

Room: Front door was fitted with a door which is improperly cut, gypsum inside is destroyed, paint is not well applied, shower is full of stains and rust, hair dryer disgustinly dirty. A/C in the room is not powerfull enough to cool a room.

Spa Area: no health and safety at all , stairs to go to jacuzzi without railing, and ceramic beds which are broken

Restaurant: Breakfast very limited, just 1 type of tea and local coffee only, 1 type of packet juice, and very limited items.

Hotel in general is not being upkept to the star levels mentioned.

Die Lage war perfekt und es war sauber. Tolles Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen, das war toll.

Cons:

Schade war dass der Fernseh nicht funktioniert hat und sich keiner darum kümmern konnte. Und mich persönlich hat der Teppich gestört, halte das für sehr unhygienisch in einem Hotel und es paßt nicht zu dem Bild der schönen Einrichtung dort da sie sehr dreckig waren. Bis jetzt trotzdem unser bester Aufenthalt in Skopje

Ærgerligt at saltsaunaen og andet i spa området ikke var tændt.
Der var nogle mangler på værelset (ingen batteri på remoter til aircondition, løse knapper på toilettet mm)
Ikke prangende morgenmad - ret præfabrikeret og ikke så friske råvarer

La zona Spa era molto soddisfacente e dotata di tutto il necessario, come ciabattine e teli. La camera era spaziosa, il letto e i cuscini erano molto comodi, e ogni giorno veniva lasciata una bottiglia d'acqua. Inoltre, l'albergo si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicinissimo al Gran Bazar. Purtroppo, però, i lati positivi si fermano qui.

L'hotel si presenta elegante ma un po' vetusto. L'efficienza della reception e la gestione amministrativa si sono rivelate pessime: sono dovuta tornare ben tre volte al bancone per assicurarmi che il mio pagamento risultasse, poiché non riuscivano a trovarlo nonostante lo avessi effettuato due mesi prima. Il bagno della camera necessitava di seria manutenzione: il flessibile della doccia era rotto e, nonostante lo avessi segnalato, nei tre giorni di soggiorno non è mai stato riparato. La doccia perdeva acqua, allagando continuamente la stanza; poiché dal secondo giorno non è stato più rimpiazzato il tappetino, ho dovuto utilizzare un asciugamano per il viso per tamponare l'acqua a terra. La pulizia ai piani lasciava molto a desiderare: nonostante avessi richiesto espressamente il servizio, il bagno non veniva lavato. Sono rimasta per tre giorni senza sapone liquido (ho trovato dal primo giorno il dispenser vuoto) né bagnoschiuma (mai dato in dotazione) nonostante avessi lasciato il dispenser aperto per segnalare che fosse vuoto e lo avessi sollecitato alla reception, non mi è stato fornito nulla. Inoltre, un bicchiere sporco è stato lasciato in bagno per ben due giorni senza essere sostituito o lavato. Nella dotazione della camera, infine, non era presente alcun cucchiaino o paletta per girare lo zucchero per il tè. Infine, l'insonorizzazione è carente: data la vicinanza alla moschea, il canto del muezzin si sentiva distintamente in camera, disturbando il sonno anche durante le ore notturne."

Pros:

tutto perfetto. A partire dall’accoglienza, sono stati veramente gentili nonostante fosse tardi quando eravamo arrivati lì. La colazione è buonissima, cercano sempre di alternare il cibo. La spa e il centro benessere sono anch’essi bellissimi.
La camera nonostante avessimo chiesto una standard era enorme e magnifica, attenti alla pulizia e soprattutto profumata. Veramente un magnifico hotel.
Posizione centralissima, uscendo dal hotel eravamo già nel vecchio bazar, infatti la piazza centrale distava un 5/10 minuti a piedi, ma facendolo in quelle stradine piene di negozi non ci facevi nemmeno caso. Lo consiglio

probabilmente il fatto che essendo attaccati alla moschea, si sentiva tutte le volte che praticavano la messa con i loro canti. Mi è capitato 2 volte di svegliarmi alle 5:30 del mattino perché loro facevano la messa, però niente di, perché poi riprendevo il sonno.
