Hôtel prétendument 5 étoiles, et pourtant je me demande encore comment il a obtenu cette classification. L’état de la chambre était inadmissible : la moquette était sale et couverte de taches très suspectes. Sans parler des murs, qui présentaient également de nombreuses marques et taches sombres.

Le lit était cassé, les meubles de la salle de bain étaient abîmés et gondolés, et le fer à repasser était en très mauvais état. La plaque chauffante du fer était même cassée en deux, avec un morceau manquant, ce qui a accroché et endommagé nos vêtements.

Le seul point positif de notre séjour a été le spa et la piscine, qui étaient agréables. Cependant, ces installations sont également accessibles à des personnes ne séjournant pas à l’hôtel, ce qui explique peut-être pourquoi elles sont mieux entretenues que les chambres.

Pour un hôtel affichant 5 étoiles, le niveau d’entretien et de qualité est très loin des standards attendus. Je suis extrêmement déçu de cette expérience.

Die Infrastruktur des Hotels ist sehr mühsam und generell sehr unsauber, dafür ist die Lage sehr gut.

Cons:

Man musste mit dem Taxi vor das Restaurant fahren und durch das Restaurant mit den Koffern und schwerem Gepäck selber hin und her gehen inkl. Treppen und Lift, um zur Rezeption zu kommen. Sehr umständlicher Weg und sehr lange Wartezeiten bis man Hilfe bekommen hat. Das Zimmer war sehr unsauber und hat gestunken und war vor allem sehr stickig, da keine frische Luft reinkommen konnte.
