Wir hatten ein riesiges Zimmer mit freistehender Badewanne mit Balkon über Eck, traumhaft. Die Lage oberhalb vom alten Bazar.

Das Hotel ist vom Parkplatz des Hotels durch das Restaurant und Fahrstuhl oder über Treppen zu erreichen oder über einen längeren Weg bergab.

Jättetrevlig personal med gott bemötande, god frukost men inte varm tyvärr. Smaken va det inget fel på.

Personalen va väldigt vänlig, hjälpte oss med allt vi bad om.

Cons:

Rummen kändes endast lätt städade men fortfarande dammiga. Vår dörr gick inte heller att låsa, det löste sig temporärt när vi sa till men dagen efter gick den inte i lås längre.

Vi hade en minaret utanför balkongdörren som började böneropen halv 7 på morgonen. Detta väckte oss varje morgon.

Badezimmer Unhygienisch-kein 5-Sterne Niveau-enttäuschend

Die jüngere Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, genauso die Damen beim Frühstück

Cons:

Für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel entsprach der Zustand des Zimmers und insbesondere des Badezimmers keinesfalls dem erwarteten Standard. Das Badezimmer wirkte stark renovierungsbedürftig und mangelhaft gepflegt.
An einer Steckdose fehlten Abdeckungen, was nicht nur unprofessionell, sondern auch sicherheitsrelevant war.
Zudem trat unter der Toilette Wasser aus, wodurch sich ständig Wasser auf dem Boden sammelte und ein unangenehmer Geruch entstand!
Im Badezimmer befanden sich außerdem kleine Abflussfliegen, was erhebliche Zweifel an Hygiene und Instandhaltung aufkommen ließ.

Besonders problematisch war der sichtbare schwarze Schimmel sowohl in der Dusche als auch in der Lüftung an der Decke.
Auch der Waschbecken-Unterschrank war beschädigt und deutlich abgenutzt.
Insgesamt vermittelte das Badezimmer keinen sauberen oder hygienischen Eindruck und entsprach aus meiner Sicht in keiner Weise einem 5-Sterne-Standard.

Auch das Frühstück war insgesamt eher einfach und qualitativ nicht überzeugend.
Der Ausblick auf den alten Basar mit zahlreichen Bars führte zudem bis spät in die Nacht zu erheblicher Lärmbelästigung, wodurch erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angesichts des beworbenen Fünf-Sterne-Standards enttäuschend. Sauberkeit, Zustand der Ausstattung und Komfort entsprachen aus meiner Sicht nicht den Erwartungen.

Konumu ve kahvaltısını çok beğendik. Oda gayet büyük ve konforluydu. Masaj olanaklarından da faydalandık. 3 gece için gayet iyi bir otel.

Cons:

Konum çok merkezi olduğu için, dışarıdan gelen sesler duyuluyordu. İlk gün sesten dolayı uyuyamadık ama alıştık. Bizim oda cami manzaralıydı bu sebeple sabah ezanı çok net duyuluyordu.

Pros:

Ypperlig beliggende hotell med kort vei til basaren. Vi var så heldige at vi ble oppgradert, og kunne boltre oss i en kjempestor suite med enorm terrasse. Rent og pent, og superhyggelig betjening overalt.

Cons:

Temperaturen i saunaen kunne vært høyere.

Un hôtel au top. Je recommande.
Pros:

Hôtel situé dans un quartier vivant et animé au coeur de la capitale. Un hôtel propre avec un personnel souriant et accueillant.

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier musulman à proximité de plusieurs mosquées. En fonction de la localisation de la chambre, l'appel à la prière par le muezzin à 5h du matin pourrait écourter votre sommeil.
