welcoming and clean environment that feels like home, with exceptional staff always ready to help
Pros:

our stay at HY guesthouse was exceptional.
everything was very clean, we really appreciated the daily cleaning services. the entire guesthouse complex was spotless, with the staff sweeping the grounds every day and keeping everything neat and tidy.
the room was spacious enough, the bed was comfy and the noise level practically zero. we also had access to a shared kitchen that was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and appliances. another great bonuses were the washing machine and scooter rental option.
the staff were incredibly friendly and sweet, the lady spoke decent english, which made communication easy, and was always available for help. we would like to thank you once again for the wonderful present you gifted us and for making our stay so pleasant, and would happily recommend HY guesthouse to anyone visiting the area!

Pros:

Very nice, helpful staff, especially Tina!
The room was very nice, exactly matched the pictures. Highly recommend this place for short or long-term stay.

Cons:

The location isn't perfect, but it's still walkable to all the important places, and there are cafes and some supermarkets nearby.
