Very good value for a budget business trip south of LA.
Pros:

Decent area south of LA Airport.
Parking direct "under" hotel.
Gas station next corner.
Good car connection into ANY direction (405 and main roads) (the reason to book it).
Food: Next to it: Wendys. Other street site In and Out burger.
Supermarkets around.
Hotel VERY clean, with daily room serivce (did not expect that).
Studio good for work, since they have a table.
Large TV with a lot of HBO channels.
Value: Very good.

Cons:

Thin walls to rooms next to me. Got "music" from a small party next room, but was acceptable.

Nice place to stay the night to get ready to go on a cruise
Pros:

Upstairs, quiet, nice room Decent bed

Cons:

Just make sure you turn left into the parking lot quickly because it’s not far from the main road. Or you’ll have to go down the road and turn around.

Pros:

The location. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and the older guy outside when we were leaving. Because of this I would return again.

Cons:

There was some hair in the shower and burn holes in the sheet and a sting of hair in the cover. I usually bring my own cover and pillows.
The heater stopped working on us and I'm always cold. Also the inside of the coffee maker was dirty. I wasn't able to make any coffee.
Uncontrollable situations: guess was up at 630am talking loud and cussing someone out.

But hey at least there werent any smokers or alcoholics hanging outside. Everything else is small and can be fixed.
