I wouldn’t recommend this place

Property was quiet apon arrival

Cons:

The owner and front desk was extremely rude despite me being pleasant and kind they continue to discriminate me not offering me a key to enter my room and telling me I have to pay $10 every time I needed to get in. They refuse to give me room service. My whole week of stay. Constantly calling my room, telling me apparently I was not allowed to sit in front of my door with a chair or telling me that I was doing something wrong on Camera, which I didn’t do anything unpleasant or abnormal Did not allow my one year-old son to visit me. Told me I was only allowed to be there for a week and couldn’t extend my stay. They greeted me with nasty faces and when I asked questions made me believe that I was an issue just by staying there. When I asked if I should leave or if I did something wrong, he argued with me and refuse to give refund ac doesn’t work don’t waste your time and money with these people they will steal from your room and blame you for mentioning it. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Pros:

日本のドン・キホーテ、東京センターがすぐ裏にあります。
Hmartよりも鮮度の良い物、ミツワよりも品揃え最高です！
in_n_outやwendy'sもすぐ側にあって最高でした！今まで泊まった宿の中で、買い物にuber使わなくてもできるというのは結構大きいです！
駐車場と便利！次もここ泊まりたい

Cons:

ドライヤーは置いてないのでフロントに聞いた方が良いかも
多少の匂いや経年の汚れはありますが、想定内かと

Tired from a red eye flight we arrived several hours before check in time and were repacking our suitcases in the parking lot. We were expecting to leave our suitcases at the front desk and come back after the Gardena bon dance to check in. We went in to leave our suitcases at the front desk and the manager (I am assuming) started to check us in. I asked if it was okay to check in this early and he said of course. What a surprise! We had time to shop at Tokyo Central, eat at In and Out, and take a nap before the bon dance. The room was clean, no smells and felt safe.

Cons:

Ice machine was broken at the time.

Overall, for the price and the convenience to adults in general, it was an excellent stay :)
Pros:

I like that there is very close proximity of restaurants and fast food chains. The facility staff are very helpful although some doesn't speak English that much. I love that the front desk is there 24/7. Car parking is also a breeze and there's a lot of parking spaces.

Cons:

For a family with kids specially a toddler that loves to roam around, I was a bit sad since the room was not too clean. We had to clean the floor ourselves since our toddler accumulated all the dirt crawling around. The wall and the air condition as well seems to have accumulated dust. Not good for those who have allergies to dust.

Good Location for a Short Stay
Pros:

They let me do early check in, which was nice. There are lots of food options in the area including a huge Japanese market right next door. Convenient location.
