Polecam dla rodzin lub grup do 6 osob. Swietnie miejsce.
Pros:

Dobra okolica, piękny wystrój, w pełni wyposażone mieszkanie, dla nas ważna była pralka- tu był nawet też płyn do prania. Świetna obsługa-bardzo responsywna, pomocna i miła. Na dole swietna włoska mała restauracja. Blisko metra. Bardzo polecam.

Cons:

Łazienka wymaga lekkiego odswieżenia.

A Wonderful Experience
Pros:

The location was unbeatable. Quiet neighborhood with great restaurants of all sorts from Ramen to Omakase within 5-minute walk. 8 min walk to a super nice large grocery store where we went everyday to get desserts. Smart floor plan and beautifully furnished. Spacious for a stay of 3 to 4 people. Simply but sufficiently equipped kitchen for non-cooking situation. Completely LOVE the stay!

Cons:

The followings are not complains at all. Just something good to have. It will be beyond perfect if the room has hard floor instead of carpet. The pillows were not bad but we've had the most comfortable pillows with other hotels in Japan. Those pillows have plastic tubes in it.

Pros:

利便性が良くて歩けばすぐにたくさんお店がありご飯を食べたり、コンビニへ行くのには困りませんでした。
清潔感があり綺麗なお部屋でした。
大きなテレビに家族は喜んでました。

Cons:

高齢の両親と宿泊したのでバリアアリーな施設だと感じました。
建物の入り口から階段が多く手すりも少なかったです。
予約前に確認しておけば良かったですが2階のお部屋はバスタブはなく部屋も段差が多かったです。

ドライヤーもうるさくて乾きが悪かったです。

The hotel was such a beautifully styled Japanese hotel, I’d absolutely recommend staying here. There was SO much space!
Pros:

I absolutely loved the design of this property! It was a huge space and beds were so clean and comfortable!

Cons:

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

It's a great value for the money, especially given the location.
Pros:

The size of the apartment is very nice and spacious. The location is good—it's near the main street with a lot of restaurants nearby. The living area is quiet, and there are no bad smells on the pillows or the quilt.

Cons:

It would be great if you could provide a vacuum cleaner so we can do the cleaning ourselves. The deck connected to the balcony is dirty; I used a wet tissue to wipe the floor, which is brown. We ran out of tissue box.

Cons:

Arrived and the futon beds were not set up. It initially appeared that we had bedding for only 4 big 6.
The free pick up at airport did not happen. Driver had wrong airport and wrong flight info.
Ended up costing us $250 to get to hotel.

Modern, well lit, spacious and comfortable apartment for families staying in Shinjuku area
Pros:

A very comfortable, well equipped, modern apartment for families. Plenty of space for our family of four, with a nintendo switch and games for entertainment. The laundry/dryer machine in the apartment was very handy. 7/11 mart and subway train station close by. Peaceful neighbourhood area, with surrounding local dining options.
