Price Discrepancy and Unsatisfactory Hotel Standards

Environment is very bad , not worth the price

Cons:

I was charged a different price from what was shown on the Booking.com app. The hotel staff explained that GST was not included, but as a top-tier Booking.com member, I still ended up paying a much higher price than expected. This was very disappointing and felt unreasonable.

The hotel itself is quite old, and many of the facilities are outdated, poorly maintained, and not very clean. Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations.

Another concern was that the hotel required my debit card number to be recorded in their system, which made me feel uncomfortable about the security of my personal information.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Not Interesting at all
Pros:

The place was somewhat clean. And they provided water.

Cons:

No windows
No house cleaning for the following day, in an pla e with no windows
Some staff were just I would say: unwelcoming
The door is locked at night with a stick from inside as the key card doesn't work, so if you return late, you can't get in.unkess you call them. I got stuck out twice at around 1 or 2 AM. That's pretty dangerous as all businesses around are closed.
Nothing to do in the neighborhood, nothing. Not even bars, some good cuisine etc. it's super local and only kopi is available - lol
No lift, I had to walk to the second floor. I don't mind but if you're unfit you can't.
I'm a long-term permit holder and live in Malaysia but I had to pay tourism tax
Situated at 30 minutes drive from the city center.
