Desastre tras desastre
Pros:

La limpieza, almohada y cama muy cómodas

Cons:

4 puntos : me cobran la habitación cuando yo les digo que ya está pagada...no me dan la estancia que yo solicito. .las lamparas de la mesilla o funcionan y no tienen bombilla....el recepcionista con su llave abre mi puerta a las 9 de la noche....

Disponibilità della struttura su tutte le nostre esigenze, dopo aver lasciato il bagagli lì per il check out, al ritiro c’è stata anche la possibilità di fare una doccia per poi ripartire!

Such an amazing place
Pros:

This is an amazing hotel, a gemstone, unbelievably good with the facilities and the vibes + the free parking + the tennis/padel courts + the beautiful cozy bar.. the location is also a highlight - the best hotel I stayed in Ibiza so far

A great hotel, but there's very limited options to do around it.
Pros:

I liked the rooms in the hotel. They were fairly big and spacious with a nice big bed that faced the TV. What I really appreciate about this place was the staff. Even though we arrived 5 hours before our official check in time, they still allowed us to check into our room without a charge. I really appreciated that they did not send us back or that they charged us. They had to switch our room, but we were willing to take that chance, which ended up being better for us anyways.

Cons:

Even though this has nothing to do with the hotel itself, the neighborhood surrounding it was very quiet. Everything was closed. It was hard for us to find a place to eat as all the restaurants looked closed or abandoned. There was nothing to do in the area besides go to the beach. We wanted to go clubbing, but there was nothing around that had anything. So much so that we decided to walk around 45 minutes east to go into another town that was much more active that the area that we stayed at. Again, nothing to do with the hotel, but it was something that caught me off guard. Especially since it was Ibiza.
