Decent overall, but not great value for money.

Location, staff, size of room

Cons:

facilities were not amazing for the price. Also, they have a very noisy cockerel living on the site, which woke me up at 04:30.

Cons:

The hotel uses a terrible system of having to message on WhatsApp to receive any sort of support / information from them.

I left my passport in the hotel room and told the staff exactly where I had left it. I was told I needed to message them on WhatsApp because they don’t deal with anyone over the phone.

They told me someone was staying in that room so there is nothing they can do until that person checked out. My WhatsApp message asking when the individual would be checking out was then ignored by the staff and as a result I missed my flight home.

Realising that the hotel didn’t care and didn’t want to help, I went to the hotel myself and knocked on the room I was staying in and the man staying in that room very kindly let me in to get my passport - it was exactly where I’d told the hotel I’d left it.

I accept it was my fault for leaving my passport there but the hotel didn’t even try to help me. They could’ve at least messaged me to let me know when the room is next available to book so I could book that night and come in and get it but instead they ignored my messages and didn’t bother asking the man in the room if they could get my passport out of there (which he would’ve been more than happy to as I found out when I knocked on the door).

Pulizia inesistente, lenzuola mai cambiate in 5 giorni.
Tazzine della colazione insieme ai piatti portati in camera, mai tolti dal servizio di pulizie per 5 giorni accumulandoli.
Lettini in piscina scoperti, senza alcun tipo di ombrellone; impensabile con 35 gradi, 6 letti a baldacchino di cui 3 senza tettoia.

Pros:

Hotel w najlepszej imprezowej części wyspy. Kilka kroków do morza. Pokoje duże i przestronne. Wymagają jednak w tej cenie około 300euro za noc o ich modernizację.

Cons:

Codziennie odbywały w strefie zewnętrznej przy basenach imprezy okolicznościowe gości nie zameldowanych w hotelu. Przeważnie duża ilość dzieci. Jakość hotelu nie odpowiada bardzo wysokiej cenie za pobyt.

Old hotel in a nice location that needs a big renovation
