Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Bozen. Von unserem Zimmer und beim Frühstück hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt und vor allem auf die Berge. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, qualitativ hochwertig und vor allem sind die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

The view is fantastic. And overall we like it there.

Cons:

The suite is a bit of a nightmare. Bathroom integrated in the bedroom. The nightlight AUTOMATICALLY turning on in the toilet with a clear bright light also illuminating the bedroom, so no-one can sleep afterwards. Furniture so modern that they are uncomfortable. No pillows in the sofa. Empty minibar. Nescafé in the room .. no real coffee. And no creamer. And the menu .. not really at the level we expect.

Magnifique hôtel! Spa extra personnel adorable et très professionnel. Petit dej excellent large choix et généreux. Dîner en demi pension très bon!

Pros:

Die tolle Lage mit Sicht auf Bozen und die Dolomiten.
Die Aufgüsse in der Panorama Sauna waren top. Beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gemangelt. Essen war abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Sehr nettes Personal, welches auch Wünsche direkt umgesetzt hat.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit tollen Blick auf die Berge, sauber und komfortabel.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war das Personal leider mehr mit abräumen beschäftigt, als mit Bestellungen aufzunehmen. Da keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist, muss man diesen bringen lassen. Das hat dann öfters mal gedauert.
Es dauert eine Weile, bis man sich in dem weitläufigem und verwinkelten Hotel zurecht findet. Aber alles in allem hat es dem schönen und erholsamen Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan.
