Our stay was, without exaggeration, absolutely perfect! the hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we had full access to all the spa facilities, which made the experience even more relaxing and special.
The room was also outstanding, very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable, which made a big difference throughout our stay.
Breakfast was impeccable, with exceptional variety and quality, and the dinner, a five-course experience, was simply perfect every single night. Overall, the food deserves a special mention.
The service was another highlight: the staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and always available. We also loved the thoughtful details, like being provided with robes and slippers to walk around the hotel comfortably.
We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to hopefully come back again soon.

La décoration de l’hôtel ne correspondait pas à nos goûts : les murs et l’éclairage sont très sombres, et les peintures comme le mobilier déclinent des teintes foncées (noir, prune, kaki). Le couloir desservant les chambres, situé au niveau -1, est aveugle et dépourvu de fenêtres, ce qui accentue encore le manque de luminosité et renforce une atmosphère pesante, voire sinistre.
Par ailleurs, nous avons été surpris de constater que la nudité est pratiquée librement dans l’espace bien-être/spa, alors même qu’un sauna distinct est spécifiquement réservé aux personnes souhaitant être nues. Dès lors, aucun espace bien-être ne permet de garantir l’absence de nudité, ce qui nous a mis mal à l’aise. Nous n’apprécions pas ce type de pratique lorsqu’elle n’est pas clairement délimitée, et avons eu le sentiment de ne pas avoir d’alternative au sein de l’établissement.
Aussi, lors du check-out, une erreur de facturation de plus de 200 € nous a été imputée : cinq menus complets à 45 € ont été comptabilisés, alors même que nous avions pris quatre repas composés uniquement de plats à la carte, donc hors formule menu.
Le rapport qualité-prix de l’établissement nous paraît donc insuffisant au regard des prestations offertes. La piscine extérieure petite et insuffisamment chauffée, ainsi que la décoration générale particulièrement sombre, ne correspondent pas au niveau attendu au vu des tarifs pratiqués. Dans ces conditions, le standing annoncé ne se retrouve ni dans les équipements ni dans l’expérience globale proposée.
