Hotel muy recomendable en un enclave precioso. Nos dieron una habitación superior por un problema con la inicial y quedamos encantados: impoluta, cómoda y con vistas maravillosas. El personal es encantador y fue una sorpresa increíble ser atendidos en euskera y español. Para repetir.
El desayuno es sencillito y algo flojo pero la estancia global y la atención compensan con creces

We really enjoyed our stay at Step Inn! The hotel has an amazing location and beautiful mountain views. One of its best features is that every room has a view of Mount Kazbek — waking up to this scenery is truly special.
The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and the pool overlooking the mountains makes the experience even better. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Kazbegi.
The hotel restaurant was also a lovely surprise — everything we tried was delicious, so you don’t really need to look for another place for dinner.

The doors in the room were quite difficult to open and were scratching the floor. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of order and closed during our stay. Also, the panoramic windows by the pool were fogged up, so the beautiful mountain view was only partially visible.
Двери в номере открывались довольно тяжело и царапали пол. К сожалению, во время нашего проживания сауна не работала и была закрыта. Также панорамные окна у бассейна сильно запотевали, поэтому красивый вид на горы был виден только частично.
Очень приятный персонал, вкусный кофе, место отеля очень удачное, вид из номера прекрасный!
В номере пол не мыли нормально очень давно, пыль вытерта плохо, некоторые полотенца были с пятнами ( чистые но выглядит это не приятно), куча мелочей в номере которые следует починить, двери скрипят, плохо отрываются, насос для воды шумит тааак стильно, что некомфортно. Большой вопрос к клинингу, мне кажется люди выполняют свою работу ужасно! Читала отзывы о грязных номерах, но не стала отменять бронирование, а зря. Бассейн тоже оказался грязным, мутная вода((

מקום חמוד, התמונות לא באמת משקפות את המלון. הוא קטן יותר, בריכה ממש קטנה. סה"כ סביר ושווה את המחיר. נוף משגע מהמלון.
Номер делюкс был хорошим и просторным. Вай-фай хорошо ловил. Балкон с видом на горы отличный. Хорошо, что были халаты, просторная ванная комната. Персонал отзывчивый.
Бассейн был разочарованием: при выборе смотрела только на фото, где он кажется большим. Он крайне маленький и занят был детьми. Сауна не работала – это тоже расстройство, ведь ехали далеко и хотели отдохнуть, очень расстраивают такие ситуации. В остальном по мелочи: крайне неудобная дверь в туалет (сама удивлена, что это пишу), подушки на диванах на веранде не убирали на время дождя ночью, поэтому на них не удалось посидеть даже утром.
Clean and new. The shower and toilet are spacious. We stayed in a gallery room. At the gallery there is no TV and reading lights. The low floor was very nice and had a door to the front yard.
Location is far from village center. The shower had a blockage and I had to wipe off the flooding water for 30 minutes..
البلكونة كانت مطلة على الجبال وكان الموظفون ودودين
من اول يوم سكنت فيه على طول جا لنا الروم سيرفس وما طق الباب كسر لنا الباب من الطق ويوم قلت لهم ما ابغا خدمة التنظيف مشوا وثاني يوم جا شخص طرق الباب بنفس الطريقة بس على طول فتح علينا الباب انا وزوجتي وطلعت بحجة ان على بالي اليوم الخروج حقكم وعلى ان الخروج كان باقي به ليلتين وما اخفيكم عن كمية الغبار المتراكمة على الغرفة الارضية مغبره والاثاث كله مغبر والحشرات اول يوم ما شفنا شي لكن الايام الباقي جالنا سرب حشرات مو طبيعي من عناكب ومن بعوض وحشرات غريبة
