Pros:

Very good view of hotel and balconies, modern rooms

Cons:

Breakfast is not included on the price and expensive for what it is. Not many choice, very basic. No milk without lactose.
It is on top of hill, it was really challenging to walk from town in hot weather.
Lift was not working. If we didn’t ask someone to help us, receptionist was expecting for us to carry our big suitcase to two floor up.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a gorgeous mountain setting. It was built as a 4-star hotel, and has comfortable bedding and stunning views.

Cons:

The staff is completely untrained and the service was terrible. They were rude, had no idea how to handle a crisis (electricity blackout). We waited to receive dinner for 3 hours, and when the power went out and the kitchen closed, they didn't even bother to tell us. When we asked for just bread and cheese or something to eat that required no cooking, they couldn't give us anything. The hotel's sauna is broken.
A 4-star hotel is more than the building - it is supposed to have 4-star service. This hotel's service is at a zero.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schick gestaltet. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons:

Obwohl das Gebäude es erst wenige Jahre alt hat, fällt es leider völlig auseinander. Allein im Erdgeschoss sind über zehn Behälter aufgestellt um tropfendes Wasser aus undichten Leitungen aufzufangen. Die Decke ist an mehreren Stellen geöffnet
In unserem Zimmer war die Balkontür nur mit Glück zu öffnen und das WC knackt bei Benutzung als würde es gleich aus der Wand brechen. Das Bett, Waschbecken und Dusche waren sauber, der Rest des Raums nicht. Die Sauna war auch defekt.

היה ממש נחמד
Pros:

המלון נמצא בין ההרים, נוף מהמם מכל מקום. מלון מודרני, עם מסעדה מגניבה, אוכל טעים וצוות אדיב מאוד. יש וויב של אוסטריה, נופים מדהימים ואוויר טוב.

Cons:

החדרים היו קטנים ובחלקן אפילו בלי שידות ליד המיטה, לא היה מקרר קטן בחדר ולנו זה היה חסר. סאונה לא עבדה והכל באיזור יקר יחסית, הקפה למשל במחירים של ישראל.

!!! na pościel czekałam 24 godz., w trzyosobowym pokoju nie było trzeciego kompletu pościeli, ręczników. Dostarczenie podstawowego wyposażenia pokoju hotelowego zajęło 24 godz.

הרגיש כאילו המלון לא אוהב ישראלים היה יחס לא נעים

נוף יפה שאפשר לראות מכל בקתה אחרת.

מקום מזעזע!!! לא נקי, המיטות קטנות ולא נוחות
קיבלנו מיטה שבורה והמלון האשים שאנחנו קפצנו על המיטה ובגלל זה היא נשברה 🤦🏽‍♀️
המעלית לא תקינה מלון לא נגיש סחבנו מזוודות 2 קומות ואף אחד אפילו לא טרח לעזור. לשומרי כשרות אסור לבשל במלון וגם לא בחצר המלון.
עדיף לקחת בקתה.
הבריכה כמו אמבטיה קטנה. בריכה ל2 אנשים גג

ماتندم ولا تتحسف اذا تبي هدوء واطلاله

الفيو اسطوري وفيه شطاف وهدوء والمكان ماتتحسف عليه ابد بس طريقه لازم تنزل عن الشارع 50 متر تقريباً حق استجمام راح ارجع ازور المكان ان شاء الله اللي جاي كازبيجي ويبي خصوصيه وهدوء لايتعداه بس المرافق بعيده شوي تقريباً 700 متر
