The rooms were clean, the staff very courteous and really helpful...I stayed with my mum who is a wheelchair user.
Might have been better to have a room nearer reception and the hotel is a little way out however, having the lovely swimming pool more than compensates for that
The property itself is nice but just a bit tired.
No fridge
Run down
Gatekeeping the buffet breakfast
Good location, food was good.
Very tired, needs a bit of a facelift, the bar area was very rough, tables looked like they had come from a jumble sale, restaurant was a bit better. TV didn’t work
Comfortable and clean.
Ideal for our trip this time but not really close to any alternative restaurants and pubs
Entertainment brilliant
Nothing
I loved it, the hotel is wonderful, it's totally worth it.
Friendly staff 😀
Excellent choice of food. Both breakfast and evening meals were of a high standard.
We stayed in room 101 after rejecting the first room offered to us as that did not have a window we could open at night only patio doors which for safety reasons couldn't be left open at night as anyone could have entered the room. It never dawned on me to request a room with a window!
Room 101 bathroom had no where to hang hand towels. There was no towel radiator either so wet towels had to be hung on the very small hook on the bathroom door. There was no mini extendable clothes line above the bath either so no where to dry wet swim wear after using the spa pool. The shower in this bathroom was just a over head shower, it did not have a hand held attachment which I feel is poor! The womens spa changing rooms had 2 inches of dust on top of the door opener and the bench legs were rusty. At the bottom of the pool black dirt collecting in many places. The water was not clean and this clearly visible through the water especially just to the left of the pool steps close to the hot tub. The steam room had a notice on it saying the facility had been withdrawn. The sauna wasn't reaching temperature so it wasn't working aa sauna should! When I reported this the staff seemed not to care saying no-one else has reported it and they has no maintenance person to fix it. I chose this hotel because of its pool, hottub and sauna facilities but was very disappointed. The hotel has lots of areas that need cleaning and tidying up or updating however it seems the staff are happy to see the decline around them but do nothing.
Friendly reception staff , clean room with a cute balcony
Very good
Breakfast was good - the usual fare on offer and hot and laid out well.
The spa was a lovely way to spend the afternoon.
The bathroom was rather tired - especially the bath.
The reception staff on arrival were extremely friendly and helpful. the Pool and Spa was lovely (you will need £1 for a locker in the spa) The restaurant was top class, good value for money and food 10/10. staff in the restaurant couldn't have been nicer. Breakfast was decent the following morning, typical of hotel breakfast. I was very impressed with this hotel bearing in mind the cost. I will be using here again next time i am in Swansea.
The hotel decor was a little tired, common areas could do with a little upgrading. but in saying that the hotel was spotlessly clean and it didn't affect my stay.
Beautiful facilities and accommodation
Television wasn't watchable because it kept losing signal, did report it, but not rectified, not the worst thing to happen but would have been nice if it could have been sorted
All of it.
Apart from Gym.
All of it Gym might need a bit of investment
