Pros:

Pool/Spa also food was lovely

Cons:

Slow service for food had to ask at the bar to take our order. There was a wedding there so was busy.

The hotel room was excellent, very convenient location for computing into swansea
The soap was excellent. My regret was break cut short due to illness will be returning

Welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much effort for all of the people working at the Towers.
Pros:

We have stayed at the Towers many times in the past and always love visiting. Recently we took our grandson for a night and he really enjoyed himself. The pool and surrounding areas are well kept. The staff are very friendly and professional including the restaurant staff which are well experienced in making you feel welcome and nothing is too much bother.

Functional and essential. Nice pool. Atmosphere so so.
Pros:

Spa pool was great.

Cons:

Dated old decoration. Ugly furniture. Drab colour scheme. The room was on the lower ground and consequently had no WiFi or phone signal.

Great stay
Pros:

Me and my husband stayed for one night. Lovely room, very clean. Staff were always lovely. The waitress in the restaurant was so lovely to us and sore we didnt want for anything. The food was beautiful.

Cons:

The only think that let it down for me was that the bed was really hard and uncomfortable .this wouldnt stop me returning but I hope they can get better beds/mattresses

We loved our stay at the hotel.
- staff was very lovely.
room 29 we stayed in and it was nice view of the towers! Spa was very relaxing. Food was delicious big potions. Forgot to take photos. staff was very helpful staff & kind really enjoyed our stay definitely be back!

Pleasant hotel in need of update.
Pros:

Staff very welcoming, lots of parking space. My room was fairly big and clean.

It suited our needs at that time but I wouldn’t choose here again , such a shame as this is totally based on the food .
Pros:

Room was lovely albeit a little tired . Pool was wonderful and warm . Staff were lovely .

Cons:

Food was rather poor ….our steak was very tough , grisly and chewy …chips were anemic looking , tepid when arrived which didn’t help as the plates were cold .
Breakfast was also not hot enough ….

Old fashioned hotel, lovely location.
Pros:

Beautiful location, spacious rooms, comfy bed. Staff were lovely and so helpful.

Cons:

Such a beautiful hotel that is in a desperate need for updates. Is quite old fashioned inside and means the cleaning leave a lot to be desired. The leather bed bottom was peeling, there was dirt and dust around the doors and floorboards.
The pool, hot tub and sauna was lovely, although again could do with updating and cleaning. Was a shame that the relaxing spa environment was ruined by a load of screaming children - the child free times in the pool were very limited. Plus the steam room was not functional.
