Brilliant value for money. Lovely staff. Great rooms. My go to hotel in the area
Pros:

Staff are super helpful and lovely here. The setting is gorgeous. The bedroom I booked was large and very comfy. Fantastic value for money

Cons:

the bathroom could have been a little more modern and functional. Cleaning was very good but not pristine. Sad that the steam room has been shut down

Great stay
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, breakfast was exceptional

Cons:

No fridge in room for cold dri ks, no plug points next to beds to charge phone, tv a bit annoying as had to keep connecting onto internet... ( may have been us not doing it correct).
Only annoyance was very other disrespectable guests banging doors at silly hours 3 or 4 am...

Couldn’t get the t v to work properly , also tv was a bit old the property was good , a little birthday card was promised to be in the room along with a bottle of of champagne , the champagne was there but the card

Decent spa hotel
Pros:

Good pool area, clean spacious room

Cons:

Rooms felt plain, needed a few pictures.
Hot breakfast was served rather than being help yourself. Good fruit salad.

Not a great experience

Staff attitudes, was refused ice from the bar and was told it’s was £5 for wine chiller full of ice even though we were in a heat wave and no fridge in the room, bar manager had a bad attitude, so did reception when I complained, the furniture in the room was in bad condition and there were stains on the carpet

OK für Durchreisende
Pros:

Das Zimmer, das wir gebucht hatten, war nicht sauber. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Wir haben dann als Ersatz ein Upgrade bekommen, mit großen Betten und einer guten Klimaanlage.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt weit abseits. Es ist ein bisschen schwierig zu finden. Und wenn man nicht noch einen weiten Weg in die Restaurant Gegend auf sich nehmen will, ist, ist man notgedrungen im Restaurant des Hotels. Das Essen war okay, aber das Restaurantpersonal ausgesprochen lustlos.

Hotel gone down hill
Pros:

Room was cool

Cons:

The phone signal is the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel and nobody could give you a good enough reason why just a good job their were no emergencies at home because you couldn't get a signal plus no steam room not stated on website rooms on the lower floor needs net curtains as you have no privacy been to this hotel 4 time's now and after this stay we will not be making it 5
