Good hotel for a nights stay near to Swansea.
Pros:

The rooms were large and the beds are comfortable. The staff were friendly

Pros:

The spa area, pool and jacuzzi were lovely - well looked after and clean.
The setting is lovely - plenty of free parking!
More teabags and milk on request when tray wasn't replenished.
Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit and fruit salad.

Cons:

Parts of the building, including bedrooms were in need of TLC and the bathroom needed some work. The basin was cracked and nooks and crannies in the bathroom needed a clean. I had everything I needed though.
My safe didn't work but I didnt need it.
I stayed for 2 nights. My room was not serviced but I didnt hang the sign out until lunchtime.

Great staff and location but facilities need some updating.

Cons:

Decor in all areas looked very dated and shabby in places. The restaurant in particular was below the standard I would have expected.

It was a very comfortable stay and all the staff were lovely.

I booked a stay with spa access. We did not get to use it on the first day as we attended a wedding and did not check in until late in the evening. We were
Not told that we could not use the spa facilities after our check out the next day. There was no adaptability given by the staff. Had we been told when checking in we would have used the facilities before checking out.

Good 3 stqr with parking close to east Swansea.
Pros:

Cons:

Breakfast a bit institutional - neither buffet non cooked-to-order with staff distributing pre- cooked items from behind a barrier. Poor kona type coffee.

De locatie en de rust. Leuke lobby. Personeel is behulpzaam

Cons:

Luidruchtig zwembad omdat er zwemlessen doorgaan voor kids. De standaard en sommige superiorkamers zijn eigenlijk identiek (behalve een koffiezetapparaat en ander bed (?)). Geen reden om een superior te boeken dus.

Pros:

Good size room nice food enjoyed the pool and hot tub and loved the Elvis show last night

Hotel itself staff, food and entertainment very good.

Cons:

Toilet in our room was NOT clean on arrival. Also a lot of dust on skirting and lights.

Pool surrounding very very slippy. Badly needs slip mats especially as never and staff around.

I enjoyed my stay , the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The food was great and value
Pros:

The hotel was great and view out my window over looking the tower was lovely.. there was a lot of attention to detail. The food was good value and there was a lot of choice at breakfast..
the room had everything that you needed , very comfortable.

Cons:

Not much of negative, it was a bit dated and deserves a little make over.
I did send a few messages to the hotel prior to going but never got a response
