Over priced for location and facilities spa limited times and massage we booked was over priced and only just over 30 mi
Pros:

Lovely spa facilities
Limited use times to be aware of!!
Tower is pretty

Cons:

Bar and restaurant staff mostly kids and not a clue terrible and need training
Mature staff were a lot better

Great for a short or overnight stay
Pros:

The staff were great and made us very welcome.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room and building felt very tired, the room was clean and tidy but it was in need of a bit of repair and decoration

This is more of a budget hotel, with 4 star prices.
Pros:

Size of room, good wifi..

Cons:

Room - smelt of damp just on entering the room. Limited teas..no herbal teas available,budget biscuits..
breakfast - hot food was like from a budget hotel. A few breakfast staff were unfriendly and argumentitive. No atmosphere, just hurled in like cattle.
Spa area - swimmimg pool,jacuzzi room was sufficient...Sauna was holding puddles of water and the steamroom was out of action.No shower around pool to use after sauna and no water fountain...overall floors were dirty in places and was so for the 3 days i was there.

A good stay in a nice hotel, I would recommend it to friends.
Pros:

The reception staff were very helpful. The spa and fitness suite were both included and quite quiet in the afternoon, and the prices in the restaurant were good.

Cons:

The window in the room wouldn't close. The noise travelled from the next room quite badly. The decor was a little outdated in the room.

Fantastic got everything you need at the hotel

Nice hotel great staff all welcoming swimming pool sauna all nice pub food was very nice and breakfast full English breakfast fruits drinks excellent service staff very good 10 out of 10

The food and the service. Everybody was friendly.
