There's a nice pool and if your room is in the annex building it's easy to get to.
Whole place is quite tired looking. Outdated furniture, looks like about 10 to 15 years old. Clues to lack of attention to detail/ lack of keeping on top of things included: Men's changing room shower missing handle to turn on/off, replaced with a rusting bolt jammed into the slot. Broken air-conditioning or fridge unit making annoying loud noise in breakfast/restaurant. Worn carpets, marked walls and oh yes, mold on the bottom of the curtains in the room.
Venue is very scenic, beautiful location. Gym was well equipped. Food was stunning, menu was cheap. Exceptionally comfortable bed.
There was nothing to dislike, staff were lovely, one of the waitresses, an older lady was wonderful in the restaurant! absolutely full of life and energy.

The amazing relaxation of the hotel room, pool and jacuzzi and beautiful food. All staff were very friendly and welcoming even tho it was our 1st stay at the towers. We celebrated our 10th anniversary in such a beautiful place x
The only problem we had was the patio door was broken and when opened,it tilted in hanging only on one hinge
Breakfast was good but a coffee/tea machine would be an improvement
Didn't like jugs of tea/ coffee. The food quality was good but portion sizes are far too big and must result in a lot of food waste. The size of portion is off putting.

Place was clean and tidy although the toilet didn't work in first room we had , we had upgrade room which was a nice touch
Only small thing i would change would be a free to use buffet at breakfast as it was served rather than pick what you want. Trivial thing but maybe a reason for that
