Spa & Wellness Policy

Children are welcome in the spa from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+), who is fully responsible for their safety, behavior, and well-being.

Guests booked in eligible room categories receive 1.5 hours of complimentary spa access per night. Advance reservations are required via our hotel website, and availability is limited. Complimentary access is valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, with one visit permitted per night.

Access outside these hours, or for guests without spa inclusion in their room rate, is available at an additional charge.

Pros:

Everything was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Nice spa. Metro and train are both 10-15 minutes walking distance, with direct connections to both Stockholm city and Arlanda Airport. Overall great value for money.

Pros:

Lots of options, good quality breakfast, the Pool was amazing as was the room. Kista is a slighty odd location but I was here for business.

Fornøyd med oppholdet.
Pros:

Veldig fint rom med god seng, fin dekor og hyggelig at det var kjøleskap på rommet. Lys var justerbar fra begge sider av sengen og det var bra. Rengjøring var bra.
Fint med spa. Gode muligheter for steam og sauna. Likte at det var god temperatur i basseng og jaquzzi.

Cons:

Man kunne ikke koble telefon direkte til tv og se på netflix eller andre underholdningsapper, kun det kanalene som var på tv. Hadde med egen pc og HDMI kabel, så var flaks at vi fikk se på det vi ønsket.
Spa stengte litt tidlig. Kunne gjerne ha hatt det åpent til senere på kvelden eller kunne booke det senere.
