Important information:

Spa & Wellness Policy

Children are welcome in the spa from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Guests 15 years old and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+), who is fully responsible for their safety, behavior, and well-being.

Guests booked in eligible room categories receive 1.5 hours of complimentary spa access per night. Advance reservations are required via our hotel website, and availability is limited. Complimentary access is valid from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure, with one visit permitted per night.

Access outside these hours, or for guests without spa inclusion in their room rate, is available at an additional charge.

Cons:

At jeg måtte betale 200kr ekstra for enkelte senger selv om jeg bestilte 2 rom, et rom med dobbelt seng og et med to enkelte senger. Jeg fikk beskjed etter betaling at rommet med to enkelte senger er ikke tilgjengelig men med ekstra betaling ble den ledig. Personalet mente at i en standard rom er det ikke garantert. Vi måtte ha ene rommet med to enkelte senger. Uansett takk for at det ordner seg👍

Everything good.
Pros:

Everything was clean and great.

Cons:

The thing is that if you arrive with kids it is not possible to stay in the pool because kids' time ends at 17:00 and everything is fully booked.

Pros:

Hotellet var fräscht, rummet var bra och frukosten var mycket bra.

Tyvärr förstördes vistelsen av en märklig och väldigt dålig incheckningspolicy där alla som skulle bo i rummet måste legitimera sig. Jag har bott på omkring 50 hotell i Sverige och normalt räcker det att personen som gjort bokningen visar legitimation.

Jag fick leta fram mitt körkort, som tur var hade jag det med mig – annars hade vi enligt receptionen inte fått checka in alls. Receptionisten var dessutom otrevlig och saknade förståelse för situationen.

På grund av den märkliga policyn och det dåliga bemötandet rekommenderar jag inte denna hotellkedja. Det finns betydligt bättre alternativ i Sverige, exempelvis Radisson, Elite Hotels, Scandic eller Best Western, där incheckningen normalt är betydligt smidigare.
