Enjoy the relaxing rooftop swimming pool and 3 hot tubs with splendid sea views. The property also boasts a fitness center, game room, and 24-hour front desk.

Units feature private bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchens, and cozy living and dining areas. Cable TV, heating, and free parking (subject to availability) are provided. Additionally, guests can access barbecue facilities for a fee. Explore nearby restaurants, bars, and Reñaca's vibrant nightlife during your stay at MR Mar Suites (ex Neruda Mar Suites).

Important information:

The maximum car height for the parking lot is 5.9 feet.

Please note this property pre-authorizes credit cards left on guarantee, this is not a charge/deposit but only a hold or also known as a preauthorization. The credit card entity may reflect it as such (charge/deposit). In the event of a cancellation without penalty, the pre-authorization will be released in accordance with the procedures established by the credit card issuing entity. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Cómoda y buena vista!
Pros:

La estancia fue cálida, nos gusto mucho la vista del depa, y a demás esta cerca a varias cafeterías y lugares de comida en general. También fue divertido usar la sala de juegos, ya que nos tocó días lluviosos y aprovechamos jugar al pool y ping pong!

Cons:

Nos resultó incómodo que en el departamento no había ningún utensilio de limpieza (escoba, trapero, esponja, detergente, rejilla, basurero, etc)

Las habitaciones con loza radiante en todo el depto, espacioso y ordenado, linda vista si arriendas von vista al mar, lo único que agregaría son sitiales y una mesa en el comedor para dejar cosas o picotear algo, todo lo demas estuco perfecto para mi

No hay nada por el cual reclamar solo me llama la atención que siempre hay agua en su estacionamiento subterráneo bajando del auto puede ser molesto pondría aserrín o algo mas para eso, pero es un detalle he estado ya 3 veces en el hotel y es un excelente lugar

Hermosa vista y buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó, sin duda, fue la espectacular vista que tiene.
Y lo amplio y cómodo que es el departamento.

Cons:

El punto débil fue el estacionamiento: hay poca disponibilidad.
Como opción, dejamos el auto estacionado durante toda la estadía y nos movimos a pie o en uber.

Encierro en ascensor mas de 1 hora

Nada. Pésimas instalaciones

Cons:

Mi esposo se quedo encerrado durante mas de 1 hora en el ascensor del hotel ! No sabían que hacer para sacarlo hasta que 1 hora después llego el técnico. Dañaron toda nuestra estancia! De paso nos mintieron porque dijeron que harían devolución de dinero como compensación y no fue asi ! Así que no lo recomiendo para nada!
