Pros:

Unfortunately, I did not like anything about the hotel, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I honestly did not expect the hotel to be this bad, especially based on what I had expected before arriving.

The overall standard of the hotel and the service were far below my expectations. I did not feel comfortable or satisfied during my stay. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously, as my experience was completely different from what I expected.

Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Everything was extremely disappointing, and I deeply regret spending my money and my vacation here.

The rooms we received were completely different from what was shown and advertised on Booking.com. The cleanliness was very poor, and the food was of extremely low quality and nothing like what was described or expected.

The swimming pools were much smaller than they appeared in the photos, and the overall facilities did not meet our expectations at all.

The service was also terrible. Almost every request took a very long time, and whenever we asked the staff for something, we felt that they expected a tip before providing proper service. Even after that, the service was still delayed and disappointing.

Considering the amount of money we paid, the hotel is extremely overpriced for the quality, facilities, cleanliness, food, and service provided.

I feel that I wasted both my money and my vacation. What was supposed to be an enjoyable and relaxing holiday turned into an extremely frustrating experience. Unfortunately, staying here felt more like a nightmare than a vacation.

I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I sincerely hope the management takes these complaints seriously.

Bebek dostu otel olduğunu görüp tercih ettik.
Erken gittiğimiz için odanın temizlenmesini bekledik ve odaya girer girmez çok baskın şekilde bir sigara kokusuyla karşı karşıya kaldık.
Ayrıca daha önceden özellikle belirtip istememiz rağmen bebek yatağı odaya koyulmamıştı
Resepsiyon ve misafir ilişkileri ile görüştükten sonra odayı değiştiremeyeceklerini fakat 1 saat içinde hem kokuyu gidereceklerini hemde bebek yatağı koyacaklarını söylediler.
Denize gidip geldiğimizde koku yüksek oranda azalmış ve bebek yatağı konulmuştu.
Başlangıç probleminden sonra başka hiçbir sorunla karşılaşmadık.
Personel son derece güzel yüzlü ve çok iyi servis hizmeti sunuyordu.
Bebeklere ayrı bir ilgi, alaka ve sevgi gösteriyorlardı.
Yemekler çok lezzetliydi.
Denizi tamamen kum denemez. Kayalık bir hayli fazla.
Genel anlamda da temizliği çok iyi.
Mesafe havaalanına taksi ile 30-40 km dk.
