Upon arrival, we were not welcomed properly. We were simply handed the room key without any introduction to the hotel, its facilities, or the room itself. The dining area was full of flies, making meals very unpleasant. We also noticed people collecting and eating leftover food from tables, which raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety. In addition, some members of the staff were disrespectful towards us and did not make us feel welcome.

We have been traveling to Antalya for the past four years and have stayed in many hotels there. Unfortunately, this hotel does not compare to the level of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism we have experienced in Antalya. We expected a much higher standard.
