From Tuesday 2 April until mid-June 2024 our swimming pool and fitness facilities will be closed due to renovation work. Our Wellness facilities will have reduced opening hours. You may experience some inconvenience as a result of the renovation works. We'll do our best to limit the impact. The renovation works will take place during the day from Monday to Friday. Do not hesitate to contact staff if you have any questions regarding the renovation work.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Fantastische plek om tijdens een evenement als Suzan & Freek in het Gelredome te verblijven.
Pros:

Heerlijke, ruime, schone kamer. Zelfbediening voor essentials, drinken en nootjes, etc. was fijn. Goed en uitgebreid kunnen ontbijten. Fijne bedden.

Cons:

Twee liften zou voldoende moeten zijn alleen betekent tijdens topdrukte met uitchecken al gauw dat we meerdere keren de lift voorbij moesten laten gaan omdat deze al vol was.

Zelfbediening van drinken etc, was absurd duur.

Föhnen was lastig. Fijne föhn maar het snoer was strak, kort en stug dus makkelijk föhnen ging het niet.

Naar volle tevredenheid zijn we er geweest
Pros:

hele mooie kamers. Zeer ruim en gezellig.
Op een kamer hadden we een soort afterparty, we hadden met onze band opgetreden. Dit was geen probleem, uiteraard geen herrie gemaakt.
Er is een grote parkeergelegenheid.

Het was een teleurstellende ervaring. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed.
Pros:

Het zwembad is schoon en de kamer ruim, maar dat mocht ook wel want ik had een grotere en dus duurdere kamer genomen.

Cons:

De lift was ronduit smerig bij aankomst, hier heb ik melding van gemaakt en de lift was daarna schoongemaakt, maar drijfnat.
De airco in de kamer deed het niet, toen ik dat ontdekte was het te laat om te laten repareren.
De bedden waren slecht opgemaakt, onderlaken niet goed ingestopt en het dekbed viel er steeds af.
De barkeepers zijn niet getraind waardoor 1 cocktail echt niet te drinken was.

Opposite the reception there is a step. I walked off the platform. Fell flat on my face. I think others must have experienced this.

You need to do something as someone is going to get very hurt.

Good reception, plus was the arrangement getting to the concert, which was the main reason for staying in the hotel
