Great value, friendly staff, lovely setting
Pros:

I thought the staff were superb - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great value. The room was cosy and I slept really well. The rainfall shower was lovely and I really loved the building style. Everything was clean and neat and well cared for.

Perfectly located hotel, on a pretty street, with friendly staff.
Pros:

It’s very well located, close to two tube stations. Our room, for three, was very comfortable. We really liked the rain shower. Breakfast was great value, with very friendly staff. And the staff in general were super friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

There wasn’t much we didn’t like about the property. Not all the sockets worked in the room. And we felt there could have been more hooks for towels and coats.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location, close to a subway station and places to eat. The rooms were clean and AC was appreciated during the heat wave! The staff was friendly and answered all our questions.

Very pleasant, comfortable night away
Pros:

This hotel is excellent value for money. The staff are so friendly and welcoming & extremely polite. The hotel is clean and the rooms are very clean and well presented. The twin beds were extremely comfortable and we both had a very good night sleep. For what we paid everything exceeded our expectations.
