Pænt og hyggeligt lille hotel med et venligt personale
Pros:

Pænt lille hotel, som ligger i et meget roligt område, og tæt på metro. Her er rent og pænt, og personalet er meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Fin størrelse på værelset til 2 personer med gode senge, lækkert badeværelse og skønt med aircondition.

Cons:

Kan ikke rigtig sætte en finger på noget, kun at hårtørre ikke virkede.

Wspaniały hotel w Londynie!!! Przemiła obsługa, czysto w pokoju, sprawnie działającą klimatyzacja, dwie stacje metra zaraz obok hotelu , bezpieczna i spokojna okolica.. napewno wrócimy ponownie do tego samego miejsca!

Great value for money hotel in a good location, very clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, both in person and over the phone and we were allowed to check-in very late and leave our bags there the next day. The room and bathroom was very clean, bed was comfy and the air-conditioning had been turned on before we arrived so the room was very cool as soon as we checked in. Although we didn't use the breakfast, the price was very reasonable for London. I would 100% stay here again!

Cons:

One of the lamps in our room was slightly broken and flickered quite badly when turned on. Additionally there was no lift in the building, so if you have large bags it could be difficult. However the staff did offer to carry our bags up for us, which was very kind!

Extremely Overpriced Hotel with Poor Services and Broken Room Items

The street were the hotel is located at is nice and quite.

If you can find another place to stay, you'd better do. For the money, I paid for this accommodation, the hotel is not worth it at all.

I've paid about 315 USD per night. For this money, there is almost no water pressure in the bathroom. Taking a shower is a challenge. Shower head holder was broken, so there were no way to fix it.

The hotel doesn't have elevator. If you get the room on overground floors, you'll have to carry it up the stairs. The hotel didn't offer baggage carry service.

Room clean service is poor. The staff forgot to leave new towels when cleaning the rooms. At the time we're back to the room, the room didn't have towels at all. It required to ask a few times until the stuff brought it back.

The curtains in the room were broken. Opening and closing them were not possible.

It's always bad when clothes hangers are attached to the closet. It shows that hotel doesn't respect their guests and treat them as thieves. Usually, hotels use hangers where the top part is attached and the bottom is removable, so you can take off the lower part, hand the cloth and put it back. It's the best, but anyway. But in this hotel, the whole hanger is attached. You can not take it off at all. So, putting your cloth to the hanger is one more challenge you'll face in this hotel.

So, at the time when you book the room, if it costs around 100 USD, you can think about booking it, if more, skip this options and find another accommodation.

Small rooms but perfect Richmond base
Pros:

Reaching the hotel wqs easy, only a 5-minute walk from the West Kensington tube station. The single rooms were nicely cleaned but absolutely tiny. The reception staff was good and helpful. The hotel is a great base for visiting both London and Richmond. Good value for money.

Cons:

The single rooms are really tiny, would’ve struggled fitting in more than a small weekender carry-on bag.
