La struttura è molto pulita, spaziosa e a pochi passi dalla piazza centrale.
La comunicazione tramite whatsapp è molto efficace e chi risponde è molto gentile

Don’t go!
Cons:

A bed bug was found on the bed, we contacted the host and refused to have a normal phone call. The host did not care or help to find other place. Simply heartless.

Great location and good value for money
Pros:

Great location, just a 2 min walk from the town center. Great communication from the host. Makesure we checked in okay. Room had air conditioning which was great. Good value for money I would say in the center of Tirana.

Cons:

We only had face towels/very small towels. Bathroom had a weird smell, but it became better after we opened the window in the bathroom.

I had a very nice stay, highly recommended!
Pros:

The location was perfect, very close to the main square. The staff were very communicative and helpful, the instructions were good and clear, and they were flexible about how to pay for my stay. The room was clean and functional, with just about everything I needed.

Cons:

One night I tried watching TV, but it wasn't hooked up to any source and I couldn't figure out how to connect my phone to it. Didn't matter though, I didn't come there to watch TV!

Goed centraal
Pros:

Fijne kamer! Goede duidelijke instructie om het appartement te vinden. Sleutelkluisje om binnen te komen wat voor ons een uitkomst was door onze late aankomst van de luchthaven.
Hele centrale ligging vlakbij het plein. Voor ons perfect omdat daar onze bus smorgens vroeg vertrok naar Theth.

Cons:

Het is wel goed om te weten dat er een gezamenlijke woonkamer en keuken is en aan die ruimtes verschillende slaapkamers zitten welke wel allemaal een eigen badkamer hebben en inpandig balkon. Het is dus afhankelijk van evtueel andere gasten qua geluid. Het kan dan best gehorig zijn

Logement fonctionnel, très central, rapport qualité prix correct
Pros:

Logement très bien situé, à proximité des arrêts de bus pour l'aéroport et le terminal de bus des longues distances. Le quartier est cependant très moyen, il y a des déchets au pied de l'immeuble, la vue des fenêtres donne sur des immeubles défraîchis et sales, mais c'est un problème plutôt général à Tirana qui n'a rien à voir avec le logement lui-même. Les chambres sont propres, la literie correcte. Ce logement convient comme dépannage pour une ou deux nuits mais ne présente pas de charme. C'est un logement purement fonctionnel.
La communication est très facile avec la propriétaire. Elle est très aimable et elle répond rapidement aux messages.
C'est très calme, très bien pour simplement dormir une ou deux nuits.

Cons:

La cour au pied de l'immeuble est crade mais cela n'est pas de la faute de l'hébergeur. C'est le cas de beaucoup de quartiers à Tirana. C'est une ville très sale.
