Llàstima detall wc i recepció
Pros:

Repetim sempre que hem de fer visita a Madrid. Ens permet anar en metro a la ciutat i deixar el cotxe aparcat prop de l'hotel.
Les instal·lacions estan molt ben cuidades. Aquesta vegada hem fet ús de la piscina i el gimnàs. Tot genial!

Cons:

Només arribar a l'habitació vam veure uns pels negres enganxats al water. Ni tirantbde la cadena marxaven. Ho vam comentar a recepció. Ens van dir que de seguida ho resolien i no ho van fer.

For short stay in Madrid I think it’s a bit far from main sightseeing and touristic area, but for business trips and longer stays it’s fantastic

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

La jeune femme assez grande et sympathique à l'accueil était très très gentille et super professionnelle.Elle nous a arrangé pour le parking et était très accueillante et souriante. Merci à elle pour cela! Un appart hotel avec de nombreux services, je recommande. Nous sommes partis du 18 au 21 juillet 2026. La piscine le soir..après 12 kms de marche et 39 degrés...super!

La propreté, l’équipement des appartements

Cons:

Les indications c’est mal indiqué pour se diriger dans l’établissement, il n’y a aucun écriteau qui nous dirige vers la réception, ni dans le parking ni à l’intérieur
