Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und sind rundum zufrieden. Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen.
Besonders gefreut hat uns das kostenlose Upgrade auf eine Suite – eine tolle Überraschung und ein echter Mehrwert.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.
Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell, wodurch man sich sofort willkommen fühlt.
Auch die Lage des Hotels ist einfach perfekt – besser geht es kaum.
Wir können dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.💕
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war leider etwas schwach.

Location is perfect, the view is quite wonderful as well.
There were snacks and water, this was easy to access. I was able to checkin at 4am.
Lighting in the room and bathroom is a bit low. It would be better if it was slightly brighter.
Staff was exceptional and extremely kind, they made sure to check-in constantly and were eager to help if something was amiss. The hotel is located in an excellent point where no taxi or public is really needed, you can walk all around old town. My room was located on the lowest floor ( which meant I didn't get to experience the amazing view from above!) and even on rainy days, the balcony was comfortable, fresh and had any leaks. Even though the street can be a little bit loud at night, it was nothing too annoying and it is a given being in such a central location.

The noise from the street and from the lobby was loud, had to sleep with earplugs. The room has central AC (additional to the regular conditioner) and it was cold, not obvious how to turn off at night, Too expensive for such facilities
staff (front desk woman that worked the evening and night shift) was super friendly, great attention to detail and really cared about our stay and our time there. The location of the hotel is great, most of the things can be done by foot.
Our room was on the groundfloor, so it was a little bit noisy. We did have some trouble with other guests making noise at 2 am and the bathroom had a strong smell (sewer-like).
We stayed at this hotel in April. Everything was wonderful: a beautiful city view, convenient location near the Old Town and Rustaveli Avenue. The staff was also very pleasant and understanding, and they helped us a lot during our stay. We highly recommend it and thank the hotel for a lovely experience!

Dome Suite very nice, beautiful, good location, staff responded quickly to any issues. Super comfy bed and a nice bath. The hotel is close to old town but not in it.
It's an old building so cold due to drafts under the front door and into the unheated shower room. The TWO heaters were only just adequate in the main room.
No wheelchair access. There are stairs to all suites and many to the Dome room.
The Dome room is next to the cleaners room and this is noisy from 8am. The Hotel is at the intersection of several major roads so the rooms can be noisy due to the traffic, police sirens, etc.
The floodlights illuminating the building facade mean the room is never really dark at night, even with the curtains around the bed closed.
Given these issues, I think the price could be lower.
