دي المرة الخامسة اللي اروح فيها المكان ده، المكان نفسه حقيقي جميل ونضيف وحلو جداً وكل الناس اللي فيه متعاونين ولذاذ اوي، بيسمعوا اي شكوى وبيشتغلوا عليها ومهتمين فعلا براحة النزيل

اللوكيشن، للأسف المنطقة مش حلوة، بس فعلا المكان نفسه حلو اوي يستاهل يكون في منطقة احسن من كدة بكتير من كتر ماهو مميز

It was a very good hotel, the owner is an extraordinarily good man, it's a shame that the employees leave much to be desired!! They don't speak English at all, they are rude and when we left they made me take the garbage out of the room!! I advise the owner to take drastic measures, it's a shame that such a hotel and such a man are overshadowed by the employees!

كان فندقًا ممتازًا، وصاحبه رجلٌ في غاية اللطف، ولكن من المؤسف أن يكون الموظفون دون المستوى المطلوب! فهم لا يتحدثون الإنجليزية إطلاقًا، ويتعاملون بفظاظة، وعندما غادرنا أجبروني على إخراج القمامة من الغرفة! أنصح صاحب الفندق باتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة، فمن المؤسف أن يُطغى سوء الموظفين على فندقٍ كهذا وصاحبه

Je étais obligé de trouver un autre hôtel, au alor rester dans la rue avec les valises.
