Hotel nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań
Pros:

Na plus oceniamy: podziemny garaż, basen oraz prywatna plaża bezpośrednio przy hotelu, możliwość opłakania auta wodą po zapytaniu pracownika, wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Otrzymaliśmy pokój w którym mechanizm na kartę był uszkodzony, więc otrzymaliśmy klucz do drzwi (bez żadnego breloka nawet) oraz osobną kartę do włączania prądu. O konieczności zostawiania klucza w recepcji, aby personel mógł posprzątać pokój, nie zostaliśmy poinformowani przy check-inie. Otrzymaliśmy ta informacje dopiero gdy po pierwszym dniu przyszlismy zgłosić fakt że pokój nie został posprzątany ani nie wymieniono ręczników.

W pokoju znaleźliśmy również zatkaną umywalkę, która po zgłoszeniu została naprawiona. Stół na tarasie był brudny, poplamiony i posklejany taśmą. W pokoju nie było żadnych szklanek, a lodówka była pusta i słabo chłodziła. Dodatkowym minusem była budowa bezpośrednio za naszym oknem, przez którą w ciągu dnia w pokoju było bardzo głośno. Czystość pokoju tez pozostawiała sporo do życzenia.

Słabo śniadania. Niewielki wybór, produkty nie były regularnie uzupełniane, a na osobę przysługiwała tylko jedna kawa lub herbata. Podczas jednego ze śniadań musieliśmy tłumaczyć obsłudze, że nie odbieraliśmy jeszcze kawy tego dnia, gdyż pracownik twierdził inaczej i chciał żeby za nią zapłacić.

La gentillesse du personnel et leur disponibilité, l'hôtel petit et confortable, l'ambiance calme et familiale, la terrasse et la piscine ainsi que la plage privée, la literie super confort

Cons:

Il manque quelques ajustemens comme la télévision qui ne fonctionne pas bien, problème de Wi-Fi ou un verrou aux toilettes du hall, quelques réparations par ci par là (porte serviette) et parfois le ravitaillement du bar.mais je reviendrais

Pros:

Vi uppskattade verkligen att hotellet låg så nära stranden, och att solstolar ingick var ett stort plus. Vi vill också passa på att ge ett extra stort tack till Julia i personalen – hon var helt fantastisk och gjorde vår vistelse ännu bättre.

Cons:

Tycket att det var dåligt att man bara fick välja mellan en kopp te eller en kopp kaffe per person vid frukosten.
