Worst stay of our lives!

Proximity to Taksim square.

Cons:

Several things:
Daytime staff is the worst. They have kept torn towels with big holes, broken shelves and unclean room and when we came back to the room, we were not being allowed to go inside. My wife and toddlers of 4 year old were made to sit outside the room, they were shouted at - I had to call police to help us solve the issue.

They said that our family had ruined their towels (laundry) and that we have to pay them 2000 USD.

We have flight next morning and had to pay 1500 lira as they threatened to harm us physically (recoded on a video)

Нормально на одну ночь
Pros:

Неплохой отель, я останавливалась на одну ночь , не далеко от станции метро , завтрак был хороший, в целом на одну ночь хорошо

Cons:

Небыло нормального покрывала чтоб укрыться , было какое то короткое покрывало, но вопрос был решен мне дали одеяло

Nur Penthaus lohnt sich.andere Zimmers sind schlecht.
Pros:

Es gab ein Problem mit dem Zimmer, das ich gebucht hatte, weshalb ich die erste Nacht nicht dort verbringen konnte. Herr Ali hat mir jedoch als Entschädigung eine kostenlose Sapanca-Tour angeboten und wirklich alles getan, damit ich das Hotel am Ende zufrieden verlasse – vielen Dank dafür an ihn.
Wenn man mich jedoch fragt, ob ich wieder hierherkommen würde: Definitiv nein. Die Zimmer waren zwar sauber, aber das Frühstück wurde im zweiten Untergeschoss serviert, wo es überhaupt keine frische Luft gab und es unangenehm roch. Wenn Sie sich trotzdem für dieses Hotel entscheiden, buchen Sie unbedingt ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite.
Für das Geld, das ich bezahlt habe, hat es sich absolut nicht gelohnt und es kam keinerlei Luxusgefühl auf. Ich persönlich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Gentilezza dello staff. Buona posizione.

Cons:

La colazione era molto limitata. Avevamo una suite per 3 persone ma ogni volta mancavano gli asciugamani e dovevamo chiederli in reception. Lo stesso per le lenzuola: quello del letto matrimoniale era in realtà singolo. Il bagno è molto piccolo.
