Great stay but please work on late checkout
Pros:

The location is great, at least for walking - it's central to a lot of popular attractions like the Roman Theater and the Citadel, there are a lot of shops, restaurants and other venues within easy walking distance and hailing a taxi couldn't be simpler. The view from the room overlooks the main street and the Grand Husseini Mosque which is a great view. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Cons:

The only real disappointment was the lack of flexibility with checkout. When asked about checkout time I was given a somewhat dubious "11:30 AM or 12:00 PM" response - our outbound flight wasn't until 5:00 PM, and because the hotel appeared to be nearly empty (tourism in Jordan has taken a big hit lately, for obvious reasons...) we were hoping for a later checkout. To their credit, the management did extend our checkout for ~1 hour until 1:00 PM and offered to secure our bags in their office until we left Amman, which we appreciated, but given the very low occupancy we had hoped they could accommodate us until at least 2:00 PM. I even offered to pay a nominal fee for an extension but the staff told me I'd have to pay for a whole extra night which seemed excessive for 2 extra hours. This was especially disappointing because breakfast wasn't available during our stay due to the chef being sick, for which we were refunded, but the refund we were issued could have easily gone towards a room extension...

While the staff handled the issues fairly, a little extra flexiblity with late checkout would have gone a long way in making up for the inconvenience and would have left a much better final impression.

Bad option. Not recommended
Cons:

The hotel service was very poor. From the inability to provide a trivial thing like a TEA BAG for breakfast or tissues in the room, you can imagine how bad was it. The view of the room was a landfill! The place of the hotel was inconvenient. Most taxi drivers we used for commuting had complained about the hotel place. We had to shorten our stay from 3 days and check out after the bad experience we had on the first day then book a better hotel.

Pros:

Oda temizdi, odaları nasıl temizlediklerini gördüm, harika bir oda servis ekipleri var. Çok saygılılar ve çok iyi iş çıkarıyorlar. Kullanılan havlu ve çarşaflar bembeyaz, kağıtlar kalın ve kaliteli, sabun ve şampuan malzemeleri ise gayet güzel bir şekilde sunuluyor. Odada kötü hiçbir koku almadım, rahatsızlık duyduğum bir şey olmadı. Odanın camından manzara da çok güzeldi. Amman'da tekrar konaklamam icab etse kesinlikle burayı tercih ederim. Fiyat performans açısından burdan daha iyisini bulmanız hayli zor. teşekkür ediyorum.

الفندق جيد للشخص بدون سياره

المكان جيد ونظيف ولا بأس به

Cons:

الموقع سئ للغايه ولا يوجد موقف للسياره كان الوضع متعب جدا في نقل العفش من السياره للفندق

Best 3 stars hotel in Amman overall.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, staff is very kind and professional. You're just a few steps away from the touristic landmarks such as the Romanian theater, the Hashem's restaurant and the Hussein's Mosque. So that makes the pricing very competitive.

Cons:

The towels provided need to be changed. As they're no more white, other than that, they're clean.

Just because it was cheaper I stayed for 2 nights
Pros:

Hotel is average , location is very poor , old area and it took me 45 mins to reach the hotel due to very poor roads and alleys

Cons:

I don't understand how it is rated 9.4 as facility is very old
