La nourriture était très peu variée. Le seul point positif, c’est le personnel. C’est dans un village éloigné de tout pour des jeunes, c’est vraiment pas affaire.
Le spa qui marche pas et pas de masseuse
Le personnel était aux petits soins,
Mention spéciale à Dori et Joni ils étaient vraiment très gentils et souriants.
L’équipe FRAM a fait de chouettes animations ouvertes à tous.
Le buffet était très varié
La chambre était spacieuse, la piscine assez grande et propre
Nous avions une énorme terrasse au 1er. En soi c’est sympa mais la vue donnait sur les immeubles autour et n’était pas aménagée. Bcp de gouttes tombaient des pins. C est dommage car avec un peu d aménagement, de faux gazon, d’un salon de jardin et de plantes décoratives elle pourrait être très jolie.
La hélas nous ne n’aimions pas y aller.
Pas assez de machines à café fonctionnelles, le matin il y a vite une file d attente et souvent elles tombent en panne surtout celle de la seconde salle a manger.

La piscina aunque el suelo estaba lleno de arena
El baño de la habitación olía bastante mal, no había variedad de comida en el bufet, los coctails dejaban mucho que desear, la piscina estaba el suelo lleno de arena y bastante sucia. No parece un hotel de 5 estrellas en absoluto.
Das Essen war sehr gut, viele verschiedene Speisen. Das Zimmer war auch sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Sehr nettes Personal und alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The water slides and swimming pool were excellent and perfect for our child. This was ultimately the main reason we chose to stay and the highlight of our trip. The pool area is a real strength for families and we thoroughly enjoyed that part of the resort.
Unfortunately, we encountered several issues that affected our comfort during our stay in Suite S02. The hot water was very unreliable, with multiple failures throughout our stay. We were only able to take a proper shower once during the entire visit. We also found a broken hairdryer in the bathroom with an exposed wire, a clear safety concern, and reported both problems on the first day. The shower drain also gave off a persistent unpleasant smell.
We raised these issues multiple times with reception. They acknowledged it was an ongoing problem and simply advised us to keep trying the taps and wait. No one followed up to see if the situation improved, and at checkout the staff were quite cold and indifferent.
Pool towels were another frustration. None were available first thing in the morning, and we were told we’d have to wait for the laundry delivery with no estimated time.
The evening entertainment was lively and entirely in French, with loud music and announcers continuing until around 11pm. This might appeal to some guests but made it difficult to relax in the evenings.
Overall, while the pool and waterslides are fantastic for children, the hotel is very busy and the service and maintenance need clear improvements to make stays more comfortable. Better responsiveness and resolution of basic facilities like hot water would make a big difference.
We wouldn’t recommend it in its current state unless the pool facilities are your top priority and you’re prepared for some inconveniences. Hopefully the hotel addresses these areas soon.

Bella struttura, belle piscine, la cortesia del personale, il cibo discreto. Ho usufruito di un all inclusive ad un prezzo offerta e per ciò che ho pagato va benissimo. A prezzo pieno visti tutti i difetti riscontrati sarebbe stata una fregatura.
Sarò critico soltanto per spronare la proprietà a dare un servizio da 5 stelle. Bisogna capire se è un ottimo 3 stelle o un pessimo 5 stelle. Quando ci hanno assegnato la stanza abbiamo trovato il bagno sporco ed il cestino della spazzatura ancora con le rimanenze del cliente precedente (allego foto). In attesa della pulizia volevamo andare in piscina ma non c'erano teli disponibili e siamo usciti per comprarli. Poi siamo andati in stanza ma abbiamo visto che il box per inserire la card delle luci era rotto ed il lavandino del bagno urtava sulla parete e non si poteva aprire. Un ragazzo della reception è salito in camera e dopo aver constatato le inefficienze, fortunatamente ci ha cambiato stanza. Nella nuova abbiamo trovato uno shangai di cavi appesi alla tv, fili elettrici che penzolavano dagli infissi e porta del bagno marcia in quanto il box doccia rimane aperto ed il bagno si allaga (allego foto). Le piscine erano piene di sabbia sul fondale ed era una sensazione spiacevole. Mi chiedo come può un 5 stelle non curare i dettagli, eppure la struttura è veramente bella. Il cibo è discreto, unica nota, un giorno durante il pranzo gli addetti alle pulizie hanno "parcheggiato" una decina di buste nere grandi della spazzatura nel ristorante proprio a ridosso di un tavolo dove mangiava una famiglia, per poi rimuoverle 15 minuti dopo da una porta che dava all'esterno. Direi imbarazzante per un 5 stelle.

Nous étions en formule tout compris et le buffet était excellent.
L’hôtel dispose de deux grandes piscines avec toboggans et d’un spa exceptionnel.
Les chambres sont très confortables.
L’hôtel est situé à Golem qui n’est pas la meilleure plage d’Albanie, c’est le seul désavantage.
Bellissimo hotel, personale sempre disponibile e gentilissimo! Molto pulito e ordinato.
Ottima soluzione per famiglie con bambini.
