Pros:

The local staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the hotel was immaculate at all times. Facilities were great too.

Cons:

The animation team would only interact with French guests and ignored all other guests. The entertainment was all in French and didn’t feel very inclusive for other guests. The animation team were rude and made no effort with anyone who wasn’t French! For us with young children this was a big let down as they normally really look forward to evening entertainment, and having to explain to a child why the entertainment team didn’t involve them wasn’t easy every evening. If this was changed then we would 100% return.

We had a wonderful holiday at Henry Resort & SPA! The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has a lovely atmosphere. Everything was perfect for a relaxing family vacation.

We really enjoyed the swimming pools, SPA facilities, delicious food, and the beautiful hotel surroundings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

We stayed with our little daughter and had a fantastic time. We felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay.

A big thank you to the entire Henry Resort & SPA team for making our holiday so special! ❤️

We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again! 🌴☀️

A good stay in Golem, but not a 5-star experience
Pros:

We liked most of their facilities: the swimming pool area was very cosy despite being close to the street, the slides were fun. The pool bar was very nice, and the people working there were very friendly. The spa area was great, and the two ladies working there were super friendly and helpful. Reception staff were also very nice.

The food was generally good, and the variety was quite high. Special mention to the desserts, which were always tasty. Big food area, so we always found space even during the rush moments. Location was also good, on a relatively quiet street, and noise insulation was quite good. Nice view from balcony.

Cons:

The quality of some services and facilities was lacking. The beach was nice, but unfortunately it was one of the only hotels in the area not cleaning and levelling the sand daily. It looked dirty compared to others, with rubbish left over from previous days, and even washing into the sea. The room was not quite what we expected for a 5-star hotel, with for instance the keycard reader falling apart and held up by tape. The champagne was not very high quality, the beer was quite watery, and the wine served at the restaurant was undrinkable. The hotel also heavily caters towards French tourists, to the point that almost all entertainment activities are in French, so the other guests can feel a bit excluded.

Another thing was that the hotel advertises an airport shuttle, which we booked for convenience. In the end, it turned out that they don’t have a shuttle, they just sent a taxi for us, which we were then expected to directly pay in cash. Which was the exact thing we wanted to avoid, by booking a hotel service and not having to withdraw cash at ATM just for this. It’s okay to not provide this service, but then at least don’t advertise it.

Pros:

Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms, delicious food and a great variety of options. The spa and indoor pool were fantastic, and the outdoor pools looked amazing despite the bad weather. The staff were very friendly and the receptionists always helpful. The hotel was definitely worth the price, and we would love to come back whenever we have the chance. Highly recommended

Cons:

Propreté chambre moyen, bouteille trouvée vide derrière le lit, cheveux salle de bain à notre arrivés, réassort gel douche et après shampooing non rempli. Pression eau coupé pendant la douche, bouteille d’eau non fournie quotidiennement sachant que l’eau n’est pas potable.
Nourriture moyenne, voir immangeable aucune variétés sur chaque moments de la journée. Repas peu chaud.
Machine à café et jus de fruit éteintes 20 minutes avant la fin du buffet, machine à boissons non re rempli.

Barnvänligt hotell där allt möjligt ingår.
Pros:

Ett av de bästa hotell som jag har bott på under många års resande i Albanien. Fina rum med bra utsikt. Bra pooler som var skönt uppvärmda. Trevligt med gratis solstolar på stranden då detta annars alltid brukar kosta pengar. Maten var god och varierad. Barnen hade mycket kul på hotellet. Minidiscot var trevligt.

Cons:

Allt var bra. Hit kommer vi igen nästa år.

Pros:

We’ve been there for one day and we go to the lobby check in for the room and reception said their room it’s not ready and we waited there about the hour. after that when you go to the room, the room is not clean. Good was hair on the floor trash around and on the bathroom smell like a stink and we can’t sleep all night. I was there with my family and little boy one year-old. and the food was disgusted.
