Non sono potuto andare in questo hotel perché 4 giorni prima del viaggio mi hanno scritto dicendo che non avevano la camera che avevo prenotato mesi prima. Mi hanno detto che dovevo andare in un hotel vicino, io non soddisfatto perché contattato con pochissimo anticipo ho deciso di andare in un altro hotel!

Kurort sam w sobie całkiem przyjemny. Generalnie czysto, dobrze zorganizowane, blisko morza, tuż przy głównej, turystycznej ulicy. Choć pakiet allinclusive mógłby być obsługiwany na innych zasadach niż pozostałe, to rzucało się w oczy. Jedzenie powtarzalne, nie zaskakujące. Przekąski dostępne tylko w ciągu jednej, ustalonej godziny. Pool bar z zbyt skromną obsługą. Niemal zawsze kolejki. Brak dostępu do barku z wodą czy kawą 24/7. Całość sprawia nieodparte odczucia skierowane na francuskich turystów. Klubik dla dzieci i animacje prowadzone w języku francuskim. Wieczory integracyjne i animatorzy język francuski.

Extremely disappointing experience – think twice before booking

Our experience at Henry Hotel & Spa was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately the positives were completely outweighed by the poor service and several serious issues during our stay.

The biggest problem started before we even arrived. Just one day before check-in, we were told that there was no room for us because of a “human error”. We were moved to another hotel which, although nice enough, was clearly of a lower standard than Henry. We had specifically chosen and booked Henry, so being moved elsewhere at the last minute was extremely frustrating.

To make matters worse, we still had to travel back and forth between the two hotels to use the facilities we had originally booked. This was a huge inconvenience and not the holiday experience we had paid for.

The customer service was also very poor. Several staff members were rude and dismissive, particularly when we raised legitimate concerns.

There were some exceptions: Bethel from the restaurant service was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming, and Mohammed, who works at the slides, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The spa staff and cleaners were also pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, these people were the exception rather than the rule.

There were also significant issues around the pool. Despite the pool being clearly marked as a non-smoking area, there appeared to be little or no control over people smoking. Children were exposed to cigarette smoke throughout the day, and cigarette butts were left on the ground.

The most concerning incident involved a group of young men using drones and mobile phones to photograph and record content around the pool, where children were present. We did not consent to being photographed or recorded. When we asked them to stop and raised this with staff, our concerns were dismissed and we were actually laughed at.

Einfach TOP, sehr zu empfehlen.
Eigener Strandbereich , kurzer Weg, und bei All Inclusive, essen und Getränke den ganzen Tag..
Auch für Kinder sehr abwechslungsreich.

Eigentlich haben wir das henryresort gebucht aber aus technischen Gründen auf den Zimmern mussten wir ins partner hotel delight.was direkt gegenüber dem henry liegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.komfortable,saubere und großzügige Zimmer. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Um zum eigenen hotelstramd zu gelangen gibt es einen shuttle Service.wir sondern mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter dort gewesen und empfehlen es jeder Familie dieses Hotel einen Besuch zu erstatten.wir waren mehr als zufrieden im delight hotel&Spa.
