Staying was average.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, but when I asked for strawberry jam for my white toasted bread, she said she check but she never returned.

The location was accessible to food hall, supermarket, and some stores.

Cons:

The bathroom - low hot water, no toilet paper holder, body wash was low, etc.

Lovely roof top bar with reasonable prices. Room was ok, bed fairly comfortable, quite small room but big enough. Staff all friendly and helpful

Lovely downtown Hotel
Pros:

The room was very nice with all you need to be comfortable....even coffee & cream

The sky bar is beautiful with lovely drinks!
Breakfast omelette fantastic!

Looked nice enough. However, what I expect from a hotel is primarily a good nights sleep.

Cons:

After 36 hours of non-stop travel without any rest, I was looking for a good nights sleep. However, at 1am they woke me up with the hotel intercom, questioning whether I had paid the bill of 12 euros for some quesadillas and a couple drinks (I had, and later showed them the receipt). Did not sleep much after that. They skirted responsibility, blaming the bar staff.

Unbelievable incompetence for such a high profile place.

Hotel but never on the roofdeck
Pros:

The room was clean and the location was great

Cons:

The roofdeck where I have to claim our welcome drinks. We stayed there for a while since there's a pool and it's relaxing but the the staff keep spraying alcohol on the couch beside me, even sprayed it on me maybe not intentionally but considering it's windy she should be careful and do her thing when cliencs are not around. They must prepare and do the DISINFECTING before clients Arrive. if there purpose is to keep their property clean
