Pros:

The hotel was really convenient, with a 99 Speedmart, laundromat, and Subway restaurant.

Cons:

It took me three days after the holiday to calm down before writing this review, because I didn’t want to review out of anger. But honestly, here it is please learn to have some manners.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff member was incredibly have no manners and completely ignored us when we repeatedly requested a towel.

We waited from 8:15 PM until around 11 PM without receiving any towel. My husband eventually had to go to the counter himself to ask for one, only to be told that the towels were “habis.”

After 10 minutes, they finally gave us a towel, but it was smelly and clearly did not seem clean. At that point, it was honestly worse than not receiving a towel at all.

The attitude of the staff was unacceptable, and the whole experience was frustrating and unpleasant. Basic requests from guests should not be treated this way. Definitely not the level of service we expected, and this experience seriously affected our stay. Management really needs to look into the staff attitude, towel availability, and overall service quality.

Pros:

The mattress and pillows were comfortable for sleeping.

Cons:

A little bit dirty, dead cockroaches under the bed but did not clean it up which potentially will cause a foul smell for the next guest.
