Very convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Conveniently located for a bus ride into the city centre.
I was welcomed by the housekeeper who was really helpful.
My room was lovely and very comfortable.
As a female solo traveller I felt very safe.
Check in was so easy via the app.

Very happy
Pros:

I had an amazing time, probably one of my best stays I’ve had and I travel to a lot of gigs. Check in was simple. You’ve got access to a very clean kitchen and appliances. My room was spotless, also taking into consideration how hot it was I was even supplied with a good electric fan which made you more comfortable to sleep at night. I will be returning:)

Easy access to ETIHAD and the CO OP.
Pros:

Location Location Location. Parking easy access. Entry system is electronic therefore a smart phone is required. I had room 4 top floor ensuite. It is alittle noisey as vehicles leave the venue but once they have left its quiet. Bed comfortable.

Be careful
Pros:

When arrived to the property, the guy told me no private bathroom, it is shared . He added it is how Booking . Com put it. He showed me the room. Extremely small to the extend it can hardly accommodate a single bed. Of course no wardrobe.
I told the guy I’ll stay the booked night but going to speak to Booking. Com in the morning.I
Suddenly, he said he will cancel the booking and I need to find another place. It was 22:00 night time.

No private bathroom
No where to park you car safely

Great hospitality, safe and comfortable.
Pros:

Really convenient location, just out of the hustle of the city, close to excellent public transport including the free metro buses.

Shared kitchen has all the bit and bobs, along with other amenities: iron and board etc., And a decent hair dryer in my bathroom !!

Cons:

Front garden could present better…needs a bit of TLC :-)
