Comfy and clean
Pros:

Good location, easy access, off road parking, room was comfortable, bathroom was very clean, access was simple and convenient. The kitchen had everything I needed. It’s a shared residential property so it did feel like a home away from home.

Cons:

WiFi was patchy, slowed and cut out at times. This was fine for casual use but probably would have been a challenge if you wanted to work in the property

Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable and honestly looked even better in person. The area was really quiet and peaceful, perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to properly relax and have a calm stay. The location was good as well, especially with the 219 bus close by that goes straight into the city, so getting around was easy. Everything was smooth from checking in to leaving and the whole place just felt very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, great stay! Will be back!
Pros:

Great area, clean outside and friendly neighbours, within walking distance to the Etihad stadium and Co op Live arena. Easy to access the property and room with use of phone - really liked this idea. Comfortable, clean bed and room. Bathroom and kitchen facilities were lovely also.

A tiny room that is fine for a night or two
Pros:

Easy access into the house with a digital key through your phone, quick replies from the owner, and a clean room.

Cons:

The room I booked said it has a private external bathroom but it was a shared bathroom with another room (and the other guest left the bathroom in a bit of mess). When I asked the owner, he said it was a Booking problem because he can’t change the details, which I found strange as other listings are able to mention shared bathrooms. He wanted me to reach out to Booking instead of him sorting it as the listing owner.

Also, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours, especially if they are inconsiderate late at night. The kitchen felt uninviting to use, with pots and pans left used for days and an odd smell.

Fab for Etihad/Coop Live
Pros:

The comfy, fresh bedding, free parking, secure entry and walking distance to the Coop Live arena. The area felt safe and there were chippie options around the Etihad for late night food.

Cons:

Renovations were being done on the floor above and the kitchen was cluttered with building equipment as a result. We realise that's a temporary issue.

Pros:

Location good for Etihad, good price, nicely decorated room

Cons:

Bed was placed in corner (room 4). It made the room very cramped. A better design would be to swap the position of the TV and bed.

Never again!!!
Pros:

Nice kitchen. Clean shared bathroom on first floor. Convenient for where we wished to visit. Security was tight, both for the house and room. Apart from that..........nothing to like.

Cons:

Where do I start? First, don't expect any human contact from the owner unless it's instructions to get in, although there is a way of contacting them on their site. The standard double room is very small. The smaller double bed is pushed against one wall. There was a cold draught from the window. My room was far from luxury! Wallpaper coming off the wall, plenty of marks on the wall too (near door). The small table for the plant was dusty enough to show finger prints. Three pictures hang above the head of the bed and the top of each one was utterly filthy! None had been dusted for a very long time. The price increased after booking which I wasn't happy about and even less so when I saw the room. The outside was far from appealing. I would NEVER stay again.
