Staff wonderful, cleanliness overall was Great. Was able to walk right in a get my reserved room
Pros:

Very convenient for a baseball World Series. This was our second part of the week stay and it worked out just fine

Cons:

You better get back early if you want a parking spot.

Great location but need better maintenance and hospitality
Pros:

I liked how comfortable the bed was in our room. I also liked how cool the room was while we slept.

Cons:

The breakfast was ok but could have been better choices and more varieties. The front desk clerks were not friendly at all. Especially the lady that checked us in on July 13. She never greeted us nor did the gentleman. They were always on their phones looking down until someone walked up to the desk. Our first room ( Room 221) had ants crawling on the wall and the air conditioner; the tub was peeling badly and the bottom of the tub looked worn out. The room had a poor odor in it so we had to go get some air freshener to make it smell better. Housekeeping or the front desk would not accommodate us when we told them about the ants. The only thing they said was that they would spray the room. They didnt care that the tub was peeling and worn out. I insisted on a new room and they finally changed us to Room 226, which was right across the hall from our current room. The elevators had sun flower seeds on the floor that someone had spit out and housekeeping didn't clean it at all for almost 3 or 4 days. Overall hotel could have been better. I forgot to say that Room 226 had bad plumbing issues. All throughout the day, the toilet would make a funny noise and water would bubble up in it. The sink held water instead of allowing water to drain down as we brush our teeth or washed our face. We will be visiting Florida again but I truly doubt we will stay at The Sleep Inn and Suites again.

Last minute booking. Property was clean. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was clean. Comfortable overall.

Last minute booking. Property was exactly as described. Liked that is was a close drive to the beach and all area locations we visited

Our overall stay was good.
Pros:

Location is good; beaches, food, and stores were a few minutes away. The room was overall clean; although, the corners of the tub could use a deeper scrubbing and the sides of the vanity needed wiping down. Breakfast was included and provided decent options. Staff were friendly as well.

Cons:

I would have liked for there to have been some pork-free breakfast options such as turkey/beef sausage/bacon. The room was smaller than I anticipated, but it was fine for our short stay. The sink plumbing in the bathroom had a faint but noticeable smell. It occasionally smelled like sewage.

Pros:

This facility was very quiet. Breakfast was very good with many options.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was our refrigerator, it kept freezing our foods even on a lower setting. That's all we didn't like, we will definitely come back!

Your hotel turned around a day that was so upsetting to apkea
Pros:

Breakfast was the usual, I wish there was a few more bakery items..there was one muffin.Since the hotel was busy, impossible to even get near,the chance to make a waffle,or see what warm items were offered. I know this isn't basically your fault,but maybe setup could be re-arranged or an extra person to help.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast,sorry put in wrong spot for dislike! And for likes..cleanliness was excellent and the way lobby decorated with murals, gave excellent first impression. Rooms,also decorated,no odors, bathroom roomy,very nice...loved it! Thank you
