No soundproof at all.
Can hear all the sound,sneezing,talking outside.maybe room beside and mostly the motorcycle!too noisy!

Value for money
Pros:

For the price and what we get is pretty worthy. Location is great. A lot of food outlet nearby. LRT station is in a walkable distance.

Cons:

If you happen to get the room which is facing the road, be prepared for the bike noise. All those "Mat Rempits" are almost our every night making noise.
