Dirty room with cockroaches and stained pillows, avoid.
Pros:

Nothing, not as described unfortunately.

Cons:

The room was not clean and not as shown in the photos. I found cockroaches in the room and the pillows were visibly stained. It was unhygienic and I could not rest properly. I reported it and sent photos and videos as evidence. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about basic cleanliness.

Overall, I had a satisfactory and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no major issues during my stay.
However, I did have some concerns regarding the **washroom and overall cleanliness**. Although the washroom was generally good, there was an unpleasant and strong smell coming from the bathroom, which was quite uncomfortable. I feel that the cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom area, could be improved.
I also noticed that the **photos shown on the booking site did not completely match the actual room**. The photo displayed on the website showed a window view, whereas the actual room did not have a window view. It would be better if the photos accurately reflected the current appearance of the room so that guests know what to expect.
These were not major problems, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. I just wanted to share these concerns as areas that could be improved for future guests. Thank you for the hospitality.

Pros:

Very bad Impression, I recommend people to double check before coming to the hotel. The front officer took my phone and booked the room, but later she cancelled the booking. Saying overbooked. They tried to rob me and charge extra money. Please avoid.

The hotel is very clean and located in an excellent location. The staff is friendly, cooperative, and very understanding.

Cons:

The room cleaning service needs improvement. I stayed for 4 nights, but when I asked them to clean the room, they did not do it. They need to respond better to guests' requests regarding room cleaning and tidying during their stay.
