Bon sejour
Pros:

La plage est magnifique, piscine, agréable personnelle, très gentille

Cons:

La restauration il devrait faire un effort.
L’hôtel est moyen, il est certes rénové, les chambres sont magnifiques on voit quand même que c’est un 3 étoiles au niveau de la réception et du personnel, pas trop formé.

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr gutes Essen. Perfekte Lage am Strand.

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, aber Personal war sehr bemüht, sie zu reparieren.

Pros:

They do change the food every day in the buffet and same with entertainment. They have plenty of staff to keep guests entertained. Nice pool and access to beach.

Cons:

Bit petty with towels. We took ours to the pool and a staff saw it and "stole" it. Inconsiderate service at the restaurant some days excellent service next day no one cares about you.

Pros:

Séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin ! Les animateurs sont incroyables : dynamiques, souriants et toujours de bonne humeur, ce qui crée une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale dans tout l’hôtel. Les piscines sont magnifiques, très bien entretenues et adaptées à tous les goûts.

Les repas sont variés, de qualité et permettent de découvrir la gastronomie locale à travers de nombreuses spécialités tunisiennes. Les activités proposées mettent également en valeur les traditions locales, ce qui apporte une vraie dimension culturelle au séjour. Les activités sportives sont nombreuses, bien organisées et animées avec enthousiasme.

La plage est agréable. Un grand bravo également à tout le personnel, toujours accueillant, professionnel, attentionné et prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue tout au long du séjour.

Un hôtel où l’on se sent véritablement bien, idéal pour se détendre, s’amuser et découvrir la culture locale. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Comme dans tous les hôtels, les clients réservent les transats, mais la direction fait de son mieux pour éviter ça

Pros:

Fiquei surpreendido com a simpatia e cuidado dos funcionários, trabalham muito e sempre com sorriso no rosto. Desde a hora da chegada até a saída fomos muito bem atendidos. Tudo muito limpo e muito organizado. As animações, passeios, comidas, tudo impecável.

Cons:

Não funciona Wi-Fi no quarto e na praia também é difícil conseguir, a não ser que esteja perto da recepção. Tem uma televisão nova e moderna no quarto, mas não tem conexão com a internet. O bar da praia só tem água e coca cola, se quiser outro tipo de bebida tem que sair da praia e ir buscar no bar da piscina.

Nice place but average quality for money
Pros:

The location with direct access to the beach is good and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very nice and the animateurs creative in entertaining the guests. The 1.5 hrs jet-ski trip was great and worth its (additional) money even though the promised flamingoes and dolphins didn't show up.

Cons:

The choice of meals is large but average quality and did not always seem to be fresh (partly recycled food from the previous day); all of us had digestive problems during / after the stay. Pool and beach towels charged additionnally and to be paid in cash, with a high caution (this could be managed better). All-inclusive drinks are rather basic (powder-juices or drinks with cheap alcohol causing headache), fresh juices either from recycled fruit of the previous day or to be paid in addition. Good to know - due to environmental regulations and related to the tides, there are sometimes a lot of algae on the beach / in the water; those have been swept off and transported back to the sea once a day.
