Un immense merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour ce magnifique séjour ! C'était une très belle première découverte de Djerba.
Un grand bravo à toute l'équipe d'animation, toujours souriante, dynamique et pleine d'énergie. Merci pour votre bonne humeur et tous les bons moments passés !
Merci également à Hinda pour son excellent travail : la chambre était toujours parfaitement entretenue.
Un grand merci aussi à Hibo, le guide des promenades à dos de dromadaire sur la plage. Une très belle expérience, avec une personne très sympathique et professionnelle.
Enfin, un grand bravo à toute l'équipe de restauration : les repas étaient excellents, variés et vraiment délicieux.
Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Chambres et bungalow agréables et très propres. Hôtel bien situé.

Cons:

Personnel très inégal, certains membres très sympathiques et serviables, d'autres franchement désagréables et peu professionnels.
Nourriture correcte mais sans éclat.

Pros:

Accueil, confort, propreté, bienveillance des serveurs , réceptionniste de nuit, animateurs au top , soins au hamam relaxant , restauration avec ses plats typiques tunisiens ! Bateau et scooter de mer à faire ! Soirées dansantes et spectacles tous les soirs !

Cons:

Suite vue sur mer à l’étage , trop bruyant le matin , l’après midi et le soir si on veut dormir le matin, se reposer l’après midi. Serviettes de plage payantes .

Cons:

I went there with my daughter and grandchild as a woman you will be constantly hit on by the waiters and staff. Young men trying to flirt with old ladies and it never stopped. The reception staff was ok, but arrogant. The owners are a family. Constantly trying to scam you over. Photos, expensive shop, orange juice for breakfast €8. Never again. Unless you are into this mess lol

Una vacanza da sogno
Pros:

Tutto favoloso e pulito. Staff tutto super. La receptionist ci ha aiutate per ogni cosa, dal grande problema dei bagagli non arrivati, all’organizzazione fantastica per il compleanno di mia figlia, ad un’altra camera favolosa messa a disposizione dopo il check out dalla prima stanza. Tutti educati, simpatici, disponibili, unici. Ci torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno. Grazie al jazeera!!!

Très bon séjour. Etablissement recommandé.
Pros:

Excellent établissement où le personnel très gentil et aimable est mobilisé au service des clients. La restauration est diversifiée et de qualité. La plage est très agréable et ses équipements adaptés. Excellent séjour. beaucoup de services possibles.

Cons:

Les coupures d'électricité en juillet. Elles sont de la responsabilité des autorités et non de l'hôtel. Parfois il y a un peu trop d'algues sur la plage.
