Important information:

SACO - The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property.
Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 3 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. Guests can request car parking but it is subject to availability and property will contact them and let them know prior to taking payment for the accommodations whether or not a parking space is available.

We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome.
Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival.
Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.

Good location but the hot apartment with no airconditionjng made being in the apartment unpleasant.
Pros:

The location is terrific. Close to lovely cafes and restaurants. Half way between Holborn and Russell Square tube stations. Two bedroom two bathroom apartmentment suited us.

Cons:

No airconditioning ! It got so hot on the fourth floor. The weather was high 20s, low 30s but apartment was stiflingly hot. Even with fans the oppressive heat was very unpleasant.
The rooms are tired. The bathrooms are clean but stained and need an overhaul. No coffee provided at all though was a jar of teabags.
Would not stay here in summer.

Overall good stay for the one night but wouldn't choose to stay for longer. Not worth the price.
Pros:

The apartment was safe and secure and was clean and tidy. The location was a good distance from Kings Cross, we were able to walk to the apartment. The double open patio doors were a nice touch for the next morning.

Cons:

The shower in the main bathroom had very poor water pressure. The lack of aircon in the apartment made it very difficult to sleep, we were given a fan but it only blew around hot air. The wi-fi wasn't available to connect to, for any of us. We were late checking in as the reception had misplaced the apartment keys. Due to all of this, I don't think it was worth the price at all.

Extremely disappointed with flat and service. Unlikely to book a SACO property again
Pros:

Chose property because of location, as had previously stayed there. Flat was clean.

Cons:

Reception staff did not seem to know about the property. We were given the wrong keys, which in fact were for flat. Had to go down to reception twice to finally receive correct keys. No instructions were provided, had to request WiFi code twice . Internet connection so poor that we were unable to message, had to go down to street level to get decent signal. Flat stifling hot, fans barely able to cool place down. Only one drinking glass provided.

Good location but the place needs sprucing up with better cooling systems in place for future summers.
Pros:

Location was great with lots of cafes, supermarkets and restaurants around. Easy walking to Oxford St etc.. British museum was also nearby.

Cons:

No air conditioning and in the heat wave the fans were not quite adequate. Sleeping at night was difficult on some days. Had to keep windows and living room patio doors open to reduce the stuffiness and dissipate heat.

The carpets looked worn and dirty and the apartment looked tired.

Great location but let down by insufficient ventilation/cooling
Pros:

Location was fantastic in the heart of Bloomsbury surrounded by restaurants, cafes and independent shops

Cons:

The property was too hot during the first heatwave in May. Even though the balcony doors were open, the basic fan provided was insufficient to stave off the heat. It was impossible to sleep at night and difficult to stay in during the day. They should’ve provided a better quality/stronger fan. We ended up relocating to a nearby hotel with AC. The admin on duty was pretty unsympathetic when we checked out.

Great location and spacious, but quite basic.
Pros:

Great location and spacious. Appreciated the in unit washing machine and provided drying rack and iron. Comfortable bed and nice fluffy white towels.

Cons:

A bit run down and the refrigerator has an odor. A little fresh paint and some better decor on the walls would go a long way to it feeling nicer in this space. Also sorting out the smell coming from the refrigerator.

Location is great

Cons:

It wasn’t about the facilites, it was about the poor and lack of communication from the place, i asked for a parking recommendation, never got an answer. For entering the building, there was supposed to be a fob key to enter but there was none, I called them multiple times and never picked up, I was able to enter until somebody left the building and I had to ask permission to enter.

Great location for GOSH

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell when entering the apartment and the fridge had a really strong odour. There was no A/C, fans were provided but it was still exceptionally warm.
