החדר היה מלוכלך ומרופט, הרצפה לא נקייה , הטלוויזיה לא עבדה, הכל ישן ומתקלף המקלחת והשירותים ישנים, אווירת מרתף… המלון נראה מבחוץ ומבפנים כמו מקום נטוש

Le pire hôtel que j’ai fait de ma vie. Une expérience écœurante : l’hôtel est sale, aucun nettoyage n’est fait et les chambres ne sont pas entretenues.
Le personnel est extrêmement désagréable et certains employés semblent alcoolisés ou sous l’emprise de substances. Ils peuvent vous hurler dessus au moindre bruit, ce qui est totalement inadmissible.
Lorsque nous avons simplement demandé que le ménage soit fait, une employée nous a répondu : « Pourquoi moi ? Je suis femme de ménage ? »
Un manque total d’hygiène, de respect et de professionnalisme. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. À fuir.
