Excellent Stay – Outstanding Service by Eqbal Mahmood!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Kingston Hotel 1 - Bukit Bintang! The room was very clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a pleasant 3-night stay.
A special mention goes to Eqbal Mahmood at the lobby front desk. He was exceptionally professional, respectful, and fantastic at his job. His friendly service and helpful attitude made our check-in and overall stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cons:

A few minor improvements would make the stay even better: providing higher quality bath towels, offering extra body soap and shower gel in the bathroom, and adding a hair dryer, the lights switch can be replaced and the door is so loud the bathroom door and the door to our room.

Cons:

الموقع ازعاج. جدا طول الليل ازعاج النوافذ تسمع الي يسولف بالشارع. ريحة الغرف الفرش. كتمه. جدا أبدا لا يستحق فندق 3 نجوم. مر ت على فنادق في دول مختلفة بنفس تصنيف النجوم لكنها نظيفة وراقيه . ما انصح بالسكن فيه أبدا
