A very inviting, clean hotel located to easily get around
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful. Ask for a recommendation for a restaurant and they were right on the phone getting us a reservation. Helped us with any request that we had. Pretty environment, very clean.

Cons:

While the air temperature in the room was nice I did feel like it was having a hard time keeping up sometimes. We walk in and be warm. It would take a little while to cool off.

A charming boutique hotel in the heart of Paris with exceptional service, a perfect location, and a truly memorable atmo
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel des Deux-Îles. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Notre-Dame and many great cafés and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a charming Parisian atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

Pros:

Really nice staff and an excellent location. They have nice touches like homemade cakes in the afternoon. The breakfast was excellent, made to order. The beds and towels were top quality, and the toilette items were very high quality. Altogether it felt more like a 4 star hotel.

Amazing location with so many great cafes and shops nearby.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the staff was so kind and helpful. I lost my phone and they called it until someone answered, and arranged to have it dropped off.

Cons:

I had the do not disturb sign on the door but I returned and there was a guy in the room vacuuming. It was a little unsettling.

Great location, very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms are very small and feel cramped.
Pros:

Great location, easy walking distance to most places. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was excellent. Only down side was the size of the rooms and the bathroom. Hemmed in and tiny. We were told we had a free upgrade so I dread to think of the size of our original room.

Fabulous Find in center of Paris!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location - we could walk to a lot of the spots we were interested in. The lovely lady at the front desk (Alex, I believe) was incredibly helpful. I twisted my ankle and she (and others) got ice for my ankle whenever I needed it, as well as found a walking stick for the remainder of our stay.

Breakfast was AWESOME!
Rooms were clean and size was as expected for center of Paris.
And we enjoyed the coffee/tea and cakes set out every afternoon!
Would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Only issue I had was the shower was within a bath-tub. At my age (and then with my ankle) stepping in and out of a bath-tub was a bit scary; but otherwise bathroom was well appointed and so was the room. Nice size and plenty of towels, pillows, etc.

A great sanctuary from a hot Paris. Superb location. Small, friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

The location is magical, the rooms were super (and perfectly cooled for our arrival on a hot day), the breakfast is great, lots of local produce. The welcome is warm, genuine and friendly.
