We were given a free room upgrade to a bigger apartment with loft. This proved to be a good thing as I got food poisoning and ended up in bed for our while stay. Well equipped, spacious apartment.
The fire alarm activated when we were there, my wife was told someone had been smoking on the bottom floor.She tried to call the reception, the phone in the room didn’t work, the phone in the foyer didn’t work and the iPad was locked. After about 20-30 minutes a man turned up and silenced it - you should probably review your fire safety notices so your guests have someone to contact
I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property. The highlight was the beautiful terrace with its amazing views - it was the perfect place to relax, especially in the morning and at sunset. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling peaceful.
The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff and hosts were professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout the entire experience, making check-in and communication smooth and easy.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

No se puede dejar el coche para bajar las maletas. Con niños se hace complicado. No hay parking.

When the room door failed to open, a technician came within 30 minutes and fixed it (changed a battery in a lock).
The bathroom door has swollen and is hard to close.

Pillows might be larger, but in general they're fine.
It was bright, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was perfect in comfort- soft but still supportive. We only stayed for 3 nights, but would’ve enjoyed staying longer with plenty of storage and a well equipped kitchen.
The location is amazing! So close to the station, easy to walk to see all the typical Porto things, but quiet. The room was in fact very quiet, we didn’t hear anything in the hallway or above us. The elevator was wonderful- I knew I was going to be leaving alone with my 2 suitcases and 3 bags and didn’t want to carry downstairs alone, and the elevator was so nice. Check in was easy via the website.
In addition, of 3 weeks in Europe and 5 different places stayed- this air conditioning was by far the most efficient. It cooled the space beautifully without having to run constantly, even in the heat. It was nice to actually be comfortable and cool when sleeping. It would’ve been lovely to open the windows as well if the weather was cooler, but the heat limited that to hanging out laundry to finish drying.
I guess a rack and clothespins to hang things to dry would’ve been nice but we made due. Otherwise it was absolutely perfect.
Good size, clean and modern with all necessary facilities. Quiet. Good showeroom. Very central and easy to walk to many restaurants and sights.
The booking process for check-in was entirely digital and requires high level ID (passport photo included). Whilst it went smoothly the consequences of any problems seemed a little daunting as the check-in codes were not released until 10 minutes before official check-in time. But things did go ok and so it was problem free.
Ubicación perfecta, todo nuevo. El duplex con balcón tiene unas vistas preciosas. La cafetería de delante muy buena.
Mejor dos camas de 90 en la parte superior que el sofá abierto abajo, por espacio. El sofá era cómodo
