Hotel je ispunio sva moja ocekivanja, I vise od toga.
Vrhunska lokacija, odlicna hrana, ljubazno osoblje i čiste i uredne sobe.

En mi caso, la verdad es que no tengo nada que objetar, es un hotel dirigido tanto a las famílias como a las parejas, personas mayores, etc. La comida buenísima, el personal súper atento y amable. De hecho tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado de la habitación y en menos de 5 minutos vinieron y nos lo arreglaron, las dos piscinas tanto la de los niños como la de adultos muy bien, los espacios comunes muy amplios, pensados también para las famílias, el año que viene sin duda volveremos.
La habitación era muy cómoda y el personal muy agradable

Auf der sonnigen Seite heizen sich die Fenster auf der Innenseite auf 50 grad Plus auf, gerade für Kleinkinder nicht gerade schön.
Geräusche des Spülkastens über die ganze Nacht

El territorio del hotel esta muy pero muy limpio! En cada esquina , nada de olores raros al lado ni de piscina, ni en ningún lugar. Un más de 10 por la limpieza e instalaciones.
No sé ni que pega poner.
En general todo, limpieza, atención personal, amabilidad de los trabajadores , instalaciones, variacion del buffet. El hotel está situado en la zona de Sa Coma, que se caracteriza por turismo de familias que es lo que buscábamos.
Está enfocado hacia el turismo no español, tanto en horarios de buffet y de instalaciones ( lo cierran todo a las 18:00) actividades , piscinas , spa ….por lo q te tienes que acoplar al horario inglés al tema comidas si quieres utilizar instalaciones.
Los espectáculos también son muy pronto a las 21:30. Como el restaurante cierra a las 22:00 tienes q cenar antes si quieres ver actuación.
Los espectáculos son todos en inglés y enfocado
tb al público inglés, aunque muchos intérpretes son españoles se dirigen al público solo en inglés.
Algo que no me gustó del hotel ya que los españoles pagamos la misma tarifa que los extranjeros y te sientes fuera de España.
