I can't recommend this hotel unfortunately.
Pros:

Friendly staffs.
Breakfast was good
The restaurant 御皇軒 - food & service were wonderful.

Cons:

Mediocre renovation (especially in the bathroom - see photo).
Bathroom light was turned on by itself in the middle of the night.
The towels at the gym & swimming pool were worse than my floor mop.
It's a 3-star hotel at best.

非常完美的西安之旅
Pros:

2大2小，我们住的家庭联通房，床非常舒服。2天就帮我们倒了时差。第一天房间有点烟味，跟前台反应后，直接搬来了空气净化器。前台周到热情，早餐非常非常丰盛，面食极大丰富！吃饱了，中午都不饿。

完全符合五星级酒店标准！下次还会再来！

步行可以去小雁塔。其他地方虽然都不远，但都要打车

Pros:

I didn’t like my stay.

Cons:

The first room was very smoky. Although they moved us to another room that room smelled of smoke also. They did bring an air purifier but when you have asthma like I do, any smoke is bad. The location was bad. It far from the sights and they had advertised that they were central to everything but they were centrally far from everything. The food was bad. I got food poisoning from the food in the lounge. Very little food was presented and food was stale and spoiled. I got very sick immediately. Luckily I only ate a little or I would have had to go to the hospital. I violently vomited what I ate. Worse hotel I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many hotels in my lifetime.

Amazing and impressive. Definitely recommend!
Pros:

This was an amazing experience at this hotel. It’s big, clean and impressive. The staff are wonderful hosts and the location is really accessible to major hotspots.

We were upgraded to the presidential suite up from a normal suite and it’s either way great value for money! The breakfast buffet was really tasty and had many different things, from Western waffles and omelets to Chinese staple food plus Xi’an specialties.

The kids had so much fun in the jacuzzi
