La situación buena. El desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Hubo uno del personal haciendo el check in, al que se le notaba que no le gustaba trabajar. Le pedimos una cama supletoria y dijo q todas ocupadas. Por la noche otro nos la trajo.

Beautiful hotel Excellent rooms Extremely clean and spacious Good location walking distance to subway and huge shopping mall SAGA
Suggest going outside to eat but no good restaurants nearby however excellent restaurants in SAGA

I can't recommend this hotel unfortunately.
Pros:

Friendly staffs.
Breakfast was good
The restaurant 御皇軒 - food & service were wonderful.

Cons:

Mediocre renovation (especially in the bathroom - see photo).
Bathroom light was turned on by itself in the middle of the night.
The towels at the gym & swimming pool were worse than my floor mop.
It's a 3-star hotel at best.

非常完美的西安之旅
Pros:

2大2小，我们住的家庭联通房，床非常舒服。2天就帮我们倒了时差。第一天房间有点烟味，跟前台反应后，直接搬来了空气净化器。前台周到热情，早餐非常非常丰盛，面食极大丰富！吃饱了，中午都不饿。

完全符合五星级酒店标准！下次还会再来！

步行可以去小雁塔。其他地方虽然都不远，但都要打车
