A pleasant stay in a great location in Miraflores
Pros:

Excellent location, nice breakfast, spacious rooms, friendly and supportive staff.

Cons:

Even though it seems to be a general thing in Peru, it would be nice for the customers and for water consumption to add a toilet brush in the toilets.

Położenie hotelu i dobre śniadania. Było czysto, a obsługa miła i pomocna. Kasa pancerna w pokoju.

Cons:

Brak szklanek i możliwości zrobienia sobie herbaty lub kawy. Za wypożyczenie czajniks trzeba dodatkowo zapłacić. Brak klimatyzacji. Tylko jedna, wolno jeżdżąca winda.

Nice and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Very good breakfast and the ladies were very attentive. Paulina, Bertha, Marlene and Nancy were nice. Excellent attention. Same goes for the reception staff, Cami, César, Leonidas, Tenorio, Luis and Miguel were great.
The cleaning staff was also great.

Cons:

We didn' like Carlos' attitude (from reception). Bad firsf impression, he was rude and carless. Definitely not a people's person.
