If you are looking for an outdoor Spa this cannot be topped whether it’s cold or sunny. The hotel rooms are ok, a touch small, but clean and bright.. the Spa facilities are 10 out of 10 though
What a fabulous place, the staff were wonderful and took such pride in their jobs. The facilities were stunning and so well looked after. The food in the stables was beautiful.

Insanely disappointed. Attempted to book a spa retreat. They tell you to book online but the information online is incorrect. After nearly a week of emails, they took down the link they asked me to send them as it contained an offer they said they no longer wanted customers to see. They suggested I had made it up even though I sent them screenshots - very bizarre. The link had been visible for around 3 weeks prior as my friend and I kept looking at it when deciding what to book. I'd asked for a call to finalise the booking - which I missed as I was in a meeting. I was available the entire following day and requested a call anytime that day (you can't call them) but they didn't bother. They just kept sending ineffective, unhelpful and inefficient emails. Never got the spa booked. Absolutely desperate for a spa and had been so excited to book. They completely took all fun out of it. I feel more stressed and upset than I did before trying to book. Even more disappointed as I have been before and enjoyed it which is why I wanted to return. I had also embarrassingly recommended the place to lots of friends.
Booked an overnight spa break with friends for my special birthday and this was the perfect place. I will definitely be coming back. The spa is beautiful with plenty of space and beds. The pools are lovely. Just a really relaxing environment. We were lucky with the weather but the facilities looked as if they could easily cope with typical English weather! The evening meal in the Stables restaurant was delicious and very reasonably priced. The bedrooms were luxurious and comfortable. Absolutely loved it. I didn't book any treatments as they seemed expensive. For me just relaxing in the spa was perfect.
Place is beautiful, spa and pool facilities are great, swim up bars great. Stables restaurant also very good service and quality food! Rooms pretty basic

What a gorgeous property. I took my mom for an overnight stay for her birthday and what a great experience! The facilities are absolutely gorgeous. It did get crowded with the day pass users, however, the morning at spa was perfect. Even when it was more crowded, there were so many little nooks around the spa that you could go relax away from the crowd. The main areas (pools with bars) stay busy, however, they have multiple steams, saunas, mediation areas, outdoor sitting areas and cold plunges. All in great condition and just beautiful. Staff is wonderful and dinner was also great!
We had a lovely stay with my boyfriend. We felt like we were on holiday because the heatwave arrived as we stayed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was really nice and quite posh/fancy. The breakfast was amazing, and the facilities of the spa are great with lots to choose from. My only complaints would be that our bedroom was located right next to the hallway for outside spa access, so lots of people were passing by and talking. The bathroom cleanliness was fine, but the door for the shower was old and worn and made a very loud sound as we were getting in and out of the shower.
Def one of the best spas we have ever been to, the quality of the place is second to none and there are so many different areas within the spa that you never feel like any of it is busy. Will definitely be going back

A little oasis of relaxation with excellent facilities, spotlessly clean rooms and spa area. Service exceptional. Restaurant food was lovely with a great menu choice. Visited on a Tuesday/Wednesday and was not too busy - would definitely visit again
You can really see how well structured and thought out this place this. We went on a Sunday to Monday but it wasn’t overcrowded. Beds can’t be reserved which is nice because people hog them in alot of places. You are spoilt for choice with the facilities, the massage I had was the best I’ve received and the food was second to none. My friend and I went for our 40th birthdays and I don’t think it will be long before we are back there! Only suggestion is aircon in the rooms as it was soooo hot and another reception staff member would be beneficial as it was abit slow.
The Manor House hotel was lovely we first arrived and check in was great let us check into our room straight away, the spa facilities were amazing, you could really relax, the room were lovely and the food was lovely. The staff were all so friendly and very helpful, we went for my friends 40th birthday and had a fantastic time
My partner and I stayed overnight here as a birthday present and we were just blown away! The hotel was luxurious, the food was divine and the spa facilities were brilliant. We arrived early as we wanted to cache in on our full spa time allotment to find that the room was ready early and we were able to check in to drop off our bags! The room was just exquisite; everything was top quality, the room was spotless and we were more than happy with the amenities provided - a fan to keep myself cool, robes and slippers for the shower (as well as the ones with the spa). We then went down the spa for the evening and had a wonderful time relaxing in the circuit. The drinks were well-made and well-priced, it wasn't too busy/loud that we couldn't enjoy ourselves. We then went and had a beautiful meal at the restaurant, hosted by the most pleasant staff - it was such a wonderful experience all round. The food tasted wonderful and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. We then both had a wonderful night's sleep and when it came time to check out, they were so polite and made the whole thing so simple and easy. We are so grateful to everyone at the Manor House and couldn't have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be coming again and will be recommending it to everyone we know! Thank you again, for making it such a wonderful stay! 😊
