Booked an overnight Spa stay for my sisters birthday we both had an amazing time. From entering the hotel to our departure everything was first class service staff facilities and the restaurant. We have visited lots of Spa hotels and this has got to be the best.
On a recommendation we visited the Manor House my wife and I everything was spotless the service we received from reception was helpful informative we arrived a few hours early before our room was ready but were told we could go de all the facilities
They were having some work done ie decorating but this did not get in the way or inconvenience us if fact the work lads were all very curtious we spent the afternoon taking advantage of the facilities up until time for dinner
The food was second to none from starter to dessert lovely
We had the stay over package lovely quality sleep followed by again a quality breakfast with lots of options then back out to the pool area
Although we had thunderstorms in the morning the bed areas were covered and half the pool also so enjoyed that also
We will definitely be coming back looking for October when we’re off together again

Wow! What an amazing stay we had, our stay was amazing from start to finish. The spa facilities, the stables food and all of the amazing staff. Everyone was so helpful and kind. We wanted to give a special mention to the lovely Lillie who we saw a few times over our stay. She was a star, she was brilliant in spa and then served us for dinner. She never stopped smiling and my wife and I were blown away by her kindness and attentive all day. She made our stay and definitely a lot of others. Her service for dinner was beyond incredible, so attentive and caring. An absolute credit to you guys! The assistant manger, sorry didn’t catch a name, hewas also very attentive. We wanted to say a massive thank you to you all, your all so welcoming and you really do have a team here.

Beautiful outstanding spa.
Dinner was not acceptable and I ended up not eating. Very disappoining visit. Spoke to Ashley manger who was very stressed as they were busy with check in.

Fabulous spa and facilities, immaculately clean and the attention to detail was excellent. All staff friendly and professional and very informative. A special mention and praise to the lady that booked us in and checked us out and the waiter that served us our evening meal, they were extremely friendly and professional. Apologies for not asking them their names!
We had such a lovely relaxing stay. The only negative (which was hard to find and wouldn’t put us off returning), the room was very warm. There was a fan but windows were on an opening restrictor, air conditioning would have been the icing on the cake.

Everything was perfect right from the welcome when we arrived.
Obviously a popular place but never feels too busy or crowded with plenty of space for you to indulge in all there is to offer.
The pools were beautiful and relaxing, staff were so friendly and really could not do enough to help - they were superb!
I have no doubt that we will return as soon as possible, we just need an excuse for a night away again!

No phone number for the hotel who will only "speak" via email which feels designed to deter older people who will rely on phone contact
