家具が安物。
Pros:

オートロックがあり、フロアにはこの部屋のみしかない点。？

Cons:

駐車場がない。
ベッドやソファが安物で、柔らか過ぎて腰が痛くなった。
家具も軽く動きわまる。
リビングのソファは部屋の幅に対し大きくて、部屋の中での移動がしにくかった。

Pros:

部屋が広くて家族5人で快適に、とても安く泊まれました。サービスの紅葉饅頭も美味しかったので同じものをお土産に購入しました。
ロフト部分は結構広く高さがありますが子供は大喜びしてました。
ベッドは柔らかく、寝心地はとても良かったです。布団の厚みも太くも薄くも無く丁度良い。

チェックイン、アウトもスマホ片手でスムーズに出来て無駄な有人でのチェックイン作業が無いのも私的には良いと思います。

Cons:

他の口コミでシャワーの水圧が弱いとありますが、想像以上に弱かったです。湯船が溜まる頃には冷えていました。冬では無かったので問題は無かったが、寒い時期に利用する人は覚悟が必要だと思います。それ以外は特に悪い点はありません。本当に良い宿でした。

Not what it appears
Pros:

The view, and beds were comfortable and it was nice and clean.

Cons:

Second bedroom was not a bedroom. The “loft” is not suitable for your children or older people or anyone who cannot manage a high thin ladder. The ladder must be packed away when TV is watched. The loft does not accommodate and luggage and no storage space below to place. The place is much smaller than appears in listing. It is not a great spot for choices to eat out.

Wonderful
Pros:

The place was great. Super spacious, clean and easy to move into. Highly recommended. Rare to find places like these in Japan. Decently close to public transportation as well. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hiroshima.

Fantastic views and modern apartment
Pros:

The views where wonderful. Very modern apartment.

Cons:

There are no plugs in the kitchen at counter height and the lead for the kettle was too short to reach the plug above the oven so we had to boil the kettle on the floor. The projector is noisy and I would have preferred for a tv to be placed in front of the window instead so you can watch Tv and look at the view.
