The traffic around the area and the congestion
This is a corporate hotel, meant basically for people who just want to stay overnight. In that respect, it met all of our expectations.

If room service delivered 2 water bottles to doorstep every day, that be a good gesture? idk if its practical.
Reception and staff were friendly.
I booked this hotel due to proximity with RMZ Ecospace. In reality, the hotel is located at a very congested road, where there is regular heavy jam of crawling traffic - 1 or 2 km per hour. No auto / Uber / Ola comes unless you make a priority booking with 200-300 INR extra. Even after doing so, there is no guarantee you will reach office on time - often I had to start walking in the middle of the ride, despite paying 400-500 rupees for RMZ Ecospace. The roads upto RMZ are also very bad (open potholes, garbage, etc.), so essentially, un-walkable.
Now, describing the hotel itself, I think I got the worst room possible.
1. The flush in the toilet wasn't working. Discovered it too late and was too tired / busy to change rooms at this point.
2. The shampoo holder was missing the shampoo bottle. On asking the reception, got a small shampoo sachet
3. The AC remote didn't have batteries, had to call reception for that
4. The toilet has no exhaust. You need to open the windows which actually look out into other PGs (so in reality, you can't open the windows)
5. Tea / Coffee / Waterbottle sachets were not provided on entering the room and I had to call the reception for that

A very nice hotel: new, clean, cozy, comfortable. Very kind and helpful staff (thank you, Dil!). Good amenities. A pleasant stay overall.
The hotel does not accept international cards, so you need to have cash on you. Breakfast is minimal and not tasty.
The room was very well maintained. The staff were also very helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Bangalore for work.
There were frequent power cuts & I faced interruptions with my wifi connectivity & other devices due to this. I guess it has more to do with the location.
