Schönes Ambiente und perfekte Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Unser Zimmer war angenehm klimatisiert und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch die stilvolle Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders das Badezimmer mit dem schönen Marmor und den rot-goldenen Armaturen war ein echtes Highlight.

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: Es bietet einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und verschiedene Ausflüge. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen.

Cons:

Beim Service am Frühstücksbuffet besteht definitiv noch Luft nach oben. Das Angebot an sich war gut und vielfältig, allerdings mussten wir jeden Morgen wiederholt nach fehlenden Dingen fragen. Mal fehlten Teller, dann die Kaffeebohnen in der Kaffeemaschine, zwischendurch Brot, Wasser oder kleine Schalen für das Birchermüesli. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir hier einen aufmerksameren und besser organisierten Service erwartet.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption war äußerst unfreundlich.
Auf meine Bitte das Hotelmanagment zu sprechen, bekam ich zu hören, dass wegen mir sicher keiner zu sprechen sei.
Obwohl ich alles bar bezahlen wollte und auch habe, sollte ich eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen (ich habe keine) oder im Voraus € 150,-- bezahlen, für den Fall, dass ich etwas konsumieren sollte.
Als ich das nicht einsehen wollte, wurde ich von oben her behandelt, unfreundlich und die Minibar wurde gesperrt.

Pros:

Lage Nähe Bahnhof. Klimaanlage, die keine lauten Geräusche macht. Kaffee Maschine, die auch funktionierte. Modernes, schönes Zimmer.

Cons:

Normale Teebeutel bekam ich nur 1x Anreise, danach gab man mir Zuckergemisch Teekapsel. Schade.
