Pros:

Owners and staff perfect, breakfast really good. Price paid was exceptional. Room and bed really comfortable.

Cons:

Hate to write this but steak in pie wasn't great. Seemed as it was cooked then gravy added, dry and bit tough, puff pastry top too much gravy made it. A pie needs to be fully enclosed in pastry, maybe I should've got the ones from the bar.

We loved our stay here in Buckie, definitely recommend the Brig and Barrel
Pros:

Very friendly, welcoming and super-helpful staff! Our room was very comfortable and clean

Cons:

Slightly dated but you really couldn’t fault the comfort and cleanliness of the whole hotel

Pros:

Friendly yet busy pub, but no noise in the room, food also good

Cons:

All was good, cash only for less that 10pounds, which when on your own is more that a pint. But worked around it by pre paying next drink and i got cash later in the day

Great spot in Buckie
Pros:

Staff were friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great & located in the centre of town.
We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant.
Having a pub downstairs was great & when we went back upstairs to our room, it was that quiet, you wouldn't know there was a pub downstairs.
Would definitely stay there again.

You would be mad to pass up a stay at this establishment.
Pros:

The hotel was spotless including the toilets considering it has a public bar, which was also clean, modern and the outside space was brilliant.

Staff very friendly and the breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

Their was nothing I didn't like.
