Pros:

Brig and Barrel is a great place to stay in Buckie, central location with lots of on the road parking and a well maintained BnB. Breakfast was tasty and big portions. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. I highly recommend Brig and Barrel and would stay again.

Cons:

Price of the room was more than I'd want to pay, but on checking reviews of other BnB in Buckie it made it worth it.

A lovely welcoming hotel withe good facilities and food.

A lovely warm welcome at what feels like a family run hotel. Room as perfect with everything you might need and very clean. Food was great and all staff very friendly.

stanza piccola ma accogliente quanto il personale dell'hotel
Pros:

la stanza piuttosto piccola ma il letto molto comodo, bagno molto piccolo ma funzionale e pulito. Abbiamo cenato in loco, la cena buona e con una buona scelta di piatti. La colazione un pochino più deludente sia nella quantità che nella varietà dell'offerta. Resta comunque una valutazione nel complesso pienamente soddisfacente.

Cons:

all'ingresso dell'hotel gli odori della vicina cucina sono troppo presenti, non si avvertono più ai piani superiori, dove ci sono le camere, ma il primo impatto è poco gradevole.

Owners and staff perfect, breakfast really good. Price paid was exceptional. Room and bed really comfortable.

Cons:

Hate to write this but steak in pie wasn't great. Seemed as it was cooked then gravy added, dry and bit tough, puff pastry top too much gravy made it. A pie needs to be fully enclosed in pastry, maybe I should've got the ones from the bar.

Very friendly, welcoming and super-helpful staff! Our room was very comfortable and clean

Friendly yet busy pub, but no noise in the room, food also good

Cons:

All was good, cash only for less that 10pounds, which when on your own is more that a pint. But worked around it by pre paying next drink and i got cash later in the day

Great spot in Buckie
Pros:

Staff were friendly, room was clean, breakfast was great & located in the centre of town.
We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant.
Having a pub downstairs was great & when we went back upstairs to our room, it was that quiet, you wouldn't know there was a pub downstairs.
Would definitely stay there again.

You would be mad to pass up a stay at this establishment.
Pros:

The hotel was spotless including the toilets considering it has a public bar, which was also clean, modern and the outside space was brilliant.

Staff very friendly and the breakfast was exceptional.
