Great location great staff
Pros:

It was in a great location the staff were really friendly we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and my birthday they left a wonderful swan arrangement on our bed when we arrived and brought a birthday cake for me on my birthday very kind of them

The staff were exceptionally kind and so hospitable

All facilities great and breakfast full of choices
And Pann Pon was amazing. He picked us and delivered us at the airport and we made tour with him. Most kind person excellent English and explained everything very well. He was the best

מיקום קרוב למרכז. בריכה נעימה.

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר טעונה שיפור רב. אין מספיק מבחר.
בהתחלה שמו אותנו בחדר שפונה לכביש והחדר לא היה שקט. בקשנו להחליף ואז העבירו לחדר שקט עם שתי מיטות.
בקשנו מיטה זוגית ודרשו תוספת תלום.
בקשנו מפתח פלסטיק נוסף ועשו פרצופים ואמרו שאם נאבד אותו נאלץ לשלם 5 דולר....הזוי

It was a great time.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the location was close to Pub Street about 5 minutes walk across the river and through the tourist market where you will quickly pay more than you think you are! The hotel staff are respectful, friendly and easy to get along with. The pool man serving drinks was very attentive and proud of the job he has, we liked him for the service he provided.

There is a lot to like. Staff are fantastic. Location is 5 minutes walk to the market. Great pool and spa. Breakfast and restaurant meals are very good. Wonderful cable TV and wifi.

Cons:

The street noise and noise from the next rooms is sometimes annoying. I had to sleep with earplugs. Inaccurate information from the tour desk on multiple occasions.
