Receptionist and the guy who cooks breakfast were very nice. Close to metro station and close to night life, if you like that.
We paid extra for a room with jacuzzi but it didn’t work the first night, they moved us to another room for the second night but the guy worker there was utterly incompetent and unhelpful. And the water was still very cold! The second night in a row of not getting what we paid for. My bf had to google and we worked it out ourselves. But then the balcony esque type of terrace for the jacuzzi started to smell of gas! Gas! because the property did not give any type of ventilation, which is a health hazard. Again my bf figured out that one of the roof can slide to let air out- none of the employees informed us. Breakfast was not good although the breakfast guy is really nice. And when we asked for at least a partial refund for the night we didn’t have the jacuzzi, which we paid for, they denied us! Absolutely fuming. They didn’t deliver on what they promised and we could’ve gone anywhere but they promised us “no tomorrow you will have a working jacuzzi” that they did not do anything to make it work! Furthermore, we now have been in two separate rooms in this hotel and everything works “just enough” but there’s something off with everything, nothing feels functional. Like providing a kitchen with nothing, not even the gas works. not enough shelf in the bathrooms. Shelves falling. Wallpaper stickers things peeling. Coffee is instant coffee. Feel so cheated! Not value for money. There are better hotels in Medellín.

Que la atención es mínima.
Excelente ubicación detrás de la calle 70, demasiado cerca de la estación del metro, el personal fue muy amable y atento, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero bastante cómodas con aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Y el desayuno es fabuloso. Y no es escucha ruido durante la noche.
Que las personas pueden fumar dentro del hotel y el olor era bastante fuerte.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Dit hotel is niet te vertrouwen. Tijdens ons verblijf is er voor veel waarde gestolen en beschadigd, en het hotel nam geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid en nam ons totaal niet serieus. Er was vrijwel geen communicatie en er werd niet met ons meegedacht.
Ondanks dat er camera’s hangen, was het hotel niet bereid om de beelden te delen of zelfs te analyseren. Dit zegt genoeg over hoe zij met hun gasten omgaan.
Slechte communicatie en geen enkele bereidheid om te helpen. Absoluut niet aan te raden.

Excelente ubicación detrás de la Carrera 70, una zona muy turística y movida en Medellín para turistas y locales, además de que está súper cerca del estadio, la estación del metro y en la 70 hay supermercados y cerca del hotel hay tienditas para comprar cositas básicas como snacks, etc. El desayuno muy rico. La atención del personal trabajando en el hotel es muy acogedora, como si estuvieras en casa, demasiado atentos y amables. Si teníamos alguna duda o necesitábamos algo les podíamos decir y ellos sin problema nos ayudaban 10/10. Ademas, ellos organizan diferentes tours como Guatapé, comuna, etc así que eso es un plus.
Es un lugar céntrico cerca de centros comerciales, áreas recreativas, personal atento, buena atención, incluye desayuno y cada cuarto tiene cocina, fregador y nevera, mi cuarto tenía una cama doble y cama pequeña para 3 personas. Nosotros éramos 2 así que todo perfecto
No tengo quejas del lugar, muy buena atención, puedes adquirir cosas de tomar en caso de querer
