Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

Beds are very comfortable and the hotel is spotless. Excellent breakfast choices and staff are very friendly and polite. Would have liked to stay longer. Will definitely book here again

Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming and helpful. After a stressful ordeal at the airport, being greeted with friendly smiles, a refreshing drink and a cold towel felt like heaven.

A special thank you to Celine, Naomi & Dang who went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The room was spotless, communication was excellent and every detail was handled with care. Delicious breakfast, beautiful views from the rooftop bar and perfect location for exploring the area.
Overall, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Wat een fantastisch hotel! Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De kamers zijn ruim, modern ingericht en vooral ontzettend schoon. De locatie is perfect, waardoor alles gemakkelijk bereikbaar is.

Daarnaast willen we het personeel extra complimenteren. Iedereen was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij, waardoor we ons direct welkom voelden.

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en kunnen dit hotel van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar comfort, kwaliteit en uitstekende service. Wij komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Pros:

A fantastic stay from start to finish. The location was perfect, with many of Hanoi’s main attractions, restaurants, and cafes within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations, transport, or any questions I had. Their hospitality really made the stay special.

The hotel also offered excellent value for money. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall quality far exceeded my expectations for the price.

I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi who is looking for a great location, outstanding service, and excellent value.

A clean, well-located gem in the Old Quarter, near the lake, with friendly, attentive staff

Good stay at L'Signature hotel Hanoi. Great value for money, with excellent cleanliness throughout. Location is very convenient, close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff were attentive and helpful, and the spot made it easy to explore the area on foot. Would recommend!
