Wonderful stay in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter!
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Signature Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the breakfast menu was excellent, and our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

The location was superb - just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter’s main attractions, yet tucked away on a quieter street. We loved discovering the local spa, convenient laundry service just across the road, and a fantastic craft beer spot around the corner.

The rooftop was a perfect spot to watch the spectacular fireworks on the lake, celebrating Hanoi’s Capital Liberation Day, which made our stay extra special.

The warmth and friendliness of the local people really added to our experience. A wonderful base for exploring Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Cons:

The pool / spa area was quite small and tucked away, although the rooftop was a lovely place to relax, particularly in the evening. There was no gym, but we were aware of this when booking. Neither detracted significantly from our overall enjoyment of the hotel.

Pros:

Exceptional - in every detail. Best hotel in Hanoi. Location central but you can still sleep. Bed was super comfortable. Hotel was clean. Spa was excellent,. Staff excellent. Highly recommend. Planning on visiting Hanoi next year and have booked in to stay.

Pros:

Staff were extremely attentive. I received room upgrade on arrival! Loved little details like welcome fruit yoghurt and tea and on departure a gift bag with vietnamese coffee drip filter and small bag of coffee.
Breakfast was cooked to order and buffet of fruit, pastries, cereal etc.
Room was great and bed more comfortable than my own!

Pros:

I loved How lovely the staff was. They really made us feel special and They were so helpful with everything.
The room was super spacious and it looked so beautiful. Great location as well, we could walk around the old quarter easily.
We wish we could ve stayed longer.

夜の旧市街地散策にはとてもいいホテル。

Pros:

The staff were absolutely AMAZING. Everyone from Naomi to the beautiful doormen ware exceptional. The location is pure perfection and the rooms were clean and well allocated.
