Pros:

Excellent breakfast, good mix of western and local food with fresh fruits and vegetables. Staff at the restaurant were exceptionally attentive doing their outmost. Ms. Neomi of Guests' relations was super effective and accommodating helping to book various activities. Front desk is service oriented and helpful.

Pros:

Very good locations with spas, night market, and restaurants. Room is quaint and very clean. The pho at the breakfast is one of the best i have tasted in Hanoi!

Cons:

The Spa could be more well lit with a warm and cozy atmosphere.

From our airport pick up u til our final day in Hanoi, everything was smooth and wonderful. The entire team at Lsignature was warm, friendly and dedicated to make sure the guests are happy and comfortable. The front desk, food attendants in the morning buffer, and housekeeping all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Thanks for making our Hanoi trip special!

Location is superb, so close to everything!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi; the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious with great vegan options.

I would especially like to thank Celine for her outstanding kindness and dedication. My trip was unexpectedly delayed because my Vietnam visa had not been approved in time. Celine went above and beyond to help me obtain an expedited visa. She stayed on the phone with me on a Sunday evening, coordinated everything, and thanks to her efforts, I received my visa the very next day. Her professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one.

Thank you, Celine, for your exceptional care. You made a lasting impression, and I am truly grateful.
