The hotel looks very different from years ago when we visited it the first time. Needs maintenance.
Pros:

The rooms were fine. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, body wash etc. The towels were very rough to the skin, probably overused.

Cons:

Front desk was understaffed at our time of arrival. There was only one staff member and there was a long line of people waiting. We were given the key of an occupied room! Had to go back to get a different room.
Facility needs a little TLC. Looks run down.

Decent stay but Turned off by Staff not present at check in and not apologetic

check in, no one at front desk waited for like 10-15 minutes until i was helped. And too many cameras. Lobby not very big or inviting

The hotel is fantastic and the staff, grounds, rooms were all very good.
Pros:

Everything went well for breakfast, Plenty of food options, freshly cooked breakfast items ei; Eggs, sausage, bacon etc. and many more options. Room was clean and staff friendly and efficient in cleaning tables immediately after each group left.

Cons:

The streets directly across from the hotel started filling up with a large number of people from the homeless community early in the evening and made us feel unsafe walking anywhere nearby, stores, restaurants etc. I know it is not the fault of the hotel so I certainly do not blame them for that, just a note to explain that part of the whole experience.

Anniversary stay in wine country.
Pros:

Great staff! Our room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the cook made a delicious homemade banana bread.

Cons:

The pool was too cold.

Great location and pleasant

Cons:

Very slippery bathroom floor with shower water pressure causing water on the floor and no bath mat. I fell because of water and was very lucky to have just skinned an elbow.
