Great location, friendly staff and competitive pricing!
Pros:

Our room was adequate, clean and excellent maid service. Breakfast was ample and there was a pretty good selection of hot and cold dishes. Service was good in the dining room.

Cons:

The food for breakfast was not hot enough. I know they're serving a lot of people but they need to heat the serving trays so the food doesn't go cold as you're eating. We had a problem the first morning with no hot water in the sink. I went to the front desk and they wanted to switch our room. We didn't do it and surprisingly the next day we had increased or better hot water supply. My wife will tell you the lighting in most hotel bathrooms is not good and this hotel is no exception. A wall mount round/lighted magnifying (30x power light) would please my wife very much!

Great place to stay while in Paso
Pros:

The location was perfect for location proximity to wine tasting and amenities within the Town Square.

Cons:

The parking could be challenging after dinner due to the happy hour prices and the number of cars in the spaces.

Very basic accommodations
Pros:

Liked they offered a decent breakfast and even a happy hour.

Cons:

Carpets in public areas very dirty. (2nd floor in front of the elevator) pool furniture was broken, no table top on the table outside. No clean/dry towels at the pool. Our room was missing the second large pillow. Front desk was deserted, we couldn't find anyone to help us with that. When I mentioned it at checkout, there wasn't even an apology. We have stayed there before but think it's declining.
